Kebu's all-analog synth cover of Tangerine Dream's Le Parc (L.A. - Streethawk), performed live at the Sthlm Italo Disco Party 2015 at Nalen, Stockholm, 16.5.2015.
Thanks to Heidi Väisänen, Tuulikki Väisänen, and Renaud Guérin for operating the cameras!
The song was performed using only analog synthesizers, either played live or sequenced. The performance was recorded directly from the mixer to a stereo track and later mixed together with the ambience from the room. A few mistakes have been cut out and replaced with the audio from a rehearsal take.
Equipment used in this song: Roland TR-808, JX8P, Juno 60, Alpha Juno 1&2; Korg Polysix, Poly 61, Mono/Poly, Moog Source, DSI Tetra, Jomox AirBase99, Touched-by-sound DRM1, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Marion Prosynth, Akai MPC2500 (only for MIDI sequencing), M-Audio Trigger Finger, Yamaha 01v96, Lexicon MPX500 & MPX550, as well as a midi patchbay and additional preamps for my mixer.

Man, I used to run out of my room acting like the motorcycle and wearing black pajamas everytime I heard the Streethawk theme music. Saturdays was always my favorite because Streethawk, Airwolf and Blue Thunder all came on back to back. This brings sooo much memories. Thank you soo much for the music and memories

When I was 9 back in ´85, was living in a small town in Mexico at the time and I asked an uncle if Street Hawk (El Condor) was the best TV series ever in the whole wide world and he replied no, I didn´t quite accept that answer.

39… when I was 3 (1985) I remember playing street hawk with my friend the day my sister was born. I loved it, along with the other 3 best 80s action shows (Knight Rider, Airwolf, The A-team)… this is a freaking amazing cover!

I'll never forget finding Le Parc at a car boot sale in the mid 80s and seeing on the reverse Le Parc (Streethawk) as I absolutely loved the theme tune to this show..

Wow! I wouldn't know its a cover if not told (and played live to boot!). This was nothing short of IN-CRED-I-BLE. I loved StreetHawk as a kid and the theme tune stuck with me always, it has to be one of, if not THE, best TV theme tunes ever.
