This was SO incredibly helpful! Thank you so much! 🙏🏽 I’m almost done with my digital marketing degree & I’ve been wondering how to apply marketing techniques to my party rental business. Thanks again!
Yes!! You are so welcome. Let me know how the links/downloads work. I’ve always had an interest in marketing and when TJO started getting big and I had the money, I started creating.
Thank you so much for your input man. I can tell you love what you do and you come from a genuine place. Thank you so much for giving back. I know you are going to continue to be incredibly successful because of all the hard work and love you’re putting into it. Some video topics, or questions i have are. How do you accept payment? Or How you manage your booking/appointments
You bet bro!! InflatableOffice and InflatableOffice 😁 start it now regardless of how many units you have. Only $40 a month for under 10units. Here’s my affiliate link if you don’t mind rental.software/?ref=nick
This is great info, I'm stealing some tips. Couple of questions. Have you thought about grabbing a "samson roller"? Its made our pickups so much easier for big waterslides, and second, can you make a video on insurance? How much you pay, what to look for.
Thanks Alex!! Use the links in the description to make your own versions, they all work great ESPECIALLY the magnets! I’ve seen the roller and met an Operator recently that loves his! Yes I’ve got the insurance video in the que, and am working on gathering all the info to make a video that can bring value! Call Cossioinsurance.com for a quote though, that’s who I use. I really like working with them!
Love your videos very helpful, Not sure if I missed it but, how do you manage your parties? we have a day planner and our business' phone because we just started in AZ.
Can you do another hour long video of an updated progress video regarding the bounce house business? your storage unit, daily things, any new updated efficient methods, new tips and tricks, etc
Yes I had one planned before Hurricane Ida came thru and wrecked us! (I’m in the New Orleans area). I just shot a day long video that’s headed to editing hopefully this week, it was an experimental one so I’m excited to see how it turns out.
Don’t know if anyone mentioned it brother, looked like it had personal bank info. Just looking out… BLESS YOU BRO AND THANKS FOR YOUR BUISNESS INSIGHT… I’m just starting up in Texas and your videos are helpful. Would love to pick your brain…
Hey brother, love your content! I am getting ready to open a inflatable business here in Florida, I am wondering if I could fly out and shadow you for a week? Please let me know, keep up the awesome work 🙏👍😁
Thank you! Every unit has a diff size so I get them made for each unit. I made it from blank on canva not a template but there’s a link in the description for the one I use to be DL
What about posting on Facebook marketplace? I’m just getting started in this and I see the same people post ads daily. I don’t want to sound like I’m begging people to rent from us even though I do want them too! But that’s the impression I get when I see the same post everyday.
First let me say thank you. Your videos have been the best. I brought my first bounce house from market place a week ago. Tomorrow will be buying another. Thanks to your videos. I knew what to say. What to look for. What manufacturer are the best. So thanks for that. But I noticed that some bounce houses say there certified. Usually in that persons state. Example I live in Pittsburgh. So it will say PA certified. Do we need to get them all certified? What do it mean to be certified
Great content as always! Getting started with 2 bouncers and 2 slides (wet/dry) how realistic is it to book 10 rentals a week as a newbie while implementing the steps you lay out in this video consistently? Thanks man.
Thanks man!! Takes more than 10 units to book 10 rentals and a lot depends on your execution but if you stay aggressive on fb market, run some simple but effective fb ads and build your clientele it’s not unrealistic at all. We’ve booked 25 a weekend with 22 units multiple times this year!
It’s finally getting going now! There’s no market for it so you have to build the market. Every single combo and waterslide has out performed it in revenue, it’s been about the same as the small dry only combos, which ain’t bad considering how much easier it is to set up. Would I recommend? Only if you know how to run some GOOD ads and market it correctly. If you want to check it out go to partymachines.com and tell Greg I referred you if you buy 😁
Man it’s so hard to find them right now because of Covid shortages on vinyl, but I get mine from spacewalksales.com, HEC-worldwide.com and ezinflatables.com
Thank you so much for everything you have done for our business. This information you give us is pure gold. Thank you again for being so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. God keep blessing you and your business as well as your ideas.
I’m working on bringing on an expert to do just that! Talks are under way but it’s gonna be a little bit cause waterslide season is CRANKING right now. Once we get to cooler temps I’ll have more time to make that, and a bunch of other cool shit happen!
Nick! I just found you a few days ago and I love your content man. Thank you for all you do. I have a question I was hoping you can help me with. I apologize if you've already answered this in a video. But how do you know there isn't a gas or water line at risk of getting punctured where you hammer in your stakes? Is that something the home owner is responsible of knowing so it wouldn't be your fault? Thank you for your time and knowledge.
What’s up Pedro!! So if you’re in the back yard there isn’t supposed to be any utility lines unless they have well water. When you’re in the front yard you tell the clients that the utility lines are there and YES it’s in the contract that they’re responsible to call 411 to locate those lines, or to risk it if you hit one cause you MUST stake the unit down for safety reasons.
Hi I am about to get tax money back I am expecting about 4 to 5 g . Will I be able to State up with this amount . Meaning insurance business license and main product aka bounce house / slide cords tarps
What’s up Kelly! Yes absolutely. If you’re an organized person make a budget of all the essentials so you know how Much to spend on the bounce houses and combos. If you’re an intuitive person go buy all that stuff, then spend what you got left over on the bounce house! I generally fall into the second category lol. Just go!
Based on how hard the unit it to move/roll (aka how big it is) and what the rest of the market looks like. Scope your nearby bounce houses buddies for their pricing! If you want to check mine go to itsTheJumpOff.com

You’re so welcome! Yes in PA you have some INSANE hoops to jump thru. All units have to be PA certified to be approved to rent for you.

When taking pictures at peoples homes for advertising website etc, do you always ask them for permission? And do they ever say no?
Never asked once. JUST GO. Rather beg for forgiveness then ask permission.
Yes yes men
Appreciate the info
You’re very welcome
