The only way to lower ping is to have a more efficient route to the brawl Stars servers this just lowers ping because it needs to first go to the app servers then to the normal route so it just takes more time
There is nothing special about german ping, i live there so i play on german servers all the time and i would say the ping is way worse then the ping in other countries
