Did this trail today, with fall leaves on a ground and wet rocks it was hell. I did it on 150xcw and I still cannot wrap my head around how this can be done on big adventure bike! Props to you Chris!

I cannot believe my eyes. That you could do that on this bike and also a couple of other videos I have seen on the KTM1090 has convinced me that this is the bike for me, though I would never take something even half as rough as I will have my wife on the back with me. Amazing riding.

I've climbed Green Mountain relatively easily... on a perfectly dry day... on a KTM 200... LOL. Seriously THUMBS UP for doing it on a big ADV bike. I also ride a KTM 1190 and I don't think I'd bring it up Greens, but with good friends I would try :-) The way you recovered from that very first rock at the base was great - poping the clutch. Gives us a preview of Romaniacs Chris. Enjoy!

I would like to see how was your position, while you were facing that really awful scary trail. That angle can't show the difficult, how steep or even the obstacles of that trail. We just see you in some troubles and that you solved the situation... how? It would be great watching while you were passing some hard obstacles... how to face those obstacles. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing this video.

Great video and awesome skills on rocks!
The stock suspension is the best one i have seen on an adventure bike. The only thing is bothering me about this bike is a drive-by-wire throttle. I have made about 2000km on such bike, and there is still something in my mind that the throttle might be opened too late this time. Maybe it's because the throttle grip in offroad mode have a big travel without significant response from the engine. It is very useful on offroad, but it scares me on tarmac.

Hey Chris! With your extensive use of both the 1190 and 1090, which is your preferred tool for most ADV work? Are the suspension upgrades and weight making the platform better with the 1090? Do you prefer the extra torque of the 1190?
