- The terrain around Richfield is awesome, changing all the time. From dry and dusty desert all the way up to the alpine and snow this ride was a ton of fun. I appreciate you getting roosted for our viewing pleasure. Really cool to watch your guys' body position. I've been riding for 1.5 years now and I've seen your online course. Something I really struggle with is my body position stiffening up when I get nervous, sometimes causing me to not counterlean the way I should be. Is this something that gets better with time? What do you tell your students who struggle with this?

Chris, is it that easy on the new 1290 Super Adventure R, or do you prefer the 890 R you're on now for that terrain?
I’m definitely working harder on the 1290 than the 890 but the 1290 is a huge amount of fun.

I’m not a massive fan of the 690, for me an adv bike has got to be a twin.

I live in the Montrose area and it’s not here, although very similar. I think it’s over by Richfield, it states.
Anyway. Yes, our Western Slope (Colorado) riding opportunities are so great and also varied.
I’m not lucky to live here, I chose this place.

I have my 890 with Factory wheels...I need one bike for all scenarios..... including wife.....but I see how I changes with enduro tires.....is that right?
Chris so for the Mitas tires...what size are you guys running? I have my 2022 KTM 8090 ADVR but I don't see bigger tire sizes? Maybe I overlooked?
