iPhone 7 Plus Front Camera and sensor cable Replacement

hey I have an iPhone 7 plus 32GB super happy with it but it is that the last one when I record a video with the front camera it gives my voice but muffled with hissing sound but if I rub a few times with a small piece of sharp object then in the hole where the mesh and ear speaker is freed very slowly then he does it again for a while and automatically falls back to the muffled with hissing sound and then I have to repeat this again but I want to get rid of this but the front camera is replaced enough to solve this or has the ear speaker been replaced? Using with front camera only works without sound and or ear speaker while speaking works

Em using iphone 7 plus when i record a video with camera app the sound in the video is very low recorded and unable to listen but when i record with instagram app the audio quality is good can you tell this issue is with ios software issue or anything else ? Recording app is also working fine no problem while phone call but it happens only in video recording
