MANGO FRUIT CAKE WITHOUT OVEN / EGGLESS CAKE / NO CURD, NO CREAM, NO BUTTER, NO CONDENSED MILK
Hello friends
Today i am sharing with all of you the very easy recipe of Eggless mango fruit cake. It is very simple and easy to make and it comes out very spongy just like we get in cake shops. I am sure you all will love it. So do try and give your comments.

~Ingredients~
Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 6" diameter
All purpose flour- 1 and 1/4cup or 190g approx
Sugar- 1/2 cup or 150g
Ripe Mango- 1 big
Milk powder- 4 tbsp
Milk- 1/4 cup or 50ml
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50ml
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- few drops
Tutti fruity- 2 tbsp+ for garnishing
