  • This hike is along the continental divide in Montana to Surprise Lake! It was SO steep, about 3 miles in and back. This pack was amazing!! We both highly recommend it. 27 liters of storage, built in shade, WONT HURT YOUR BACK, SUPER ADJUSTABLE!

Hello Alyssa, great video. I was looking at this product recently, but the price tag... Oof!
It's been two years already since you made this video (according to YT). How has it served you? Have you been using it lots? If your answer is No, what has been your other option? Thanks, from Canada.

Great product review. Suggestion for another video: Review a tent and how well it works, specifically convenience factors when having a baby/small child. Maybe you already have an awesome tent?

We have a great tent that is super light weight which is really good specifically for backpacking when every ounce adds up! This is a really good suggestion, thank you!

Thanks for the good review! We just ordered the same one for our daughter. I wonder if getting some kind of bug netting to put over the sunshade would help keep the mosquitoes away from baby.

Thank you for watching! We thought the same thing!! I have a small mosquito netting to sleep under and I think we will use it this summer when the bugs are out. You’re gonna love it!

Hey what height are you? We like the look of this carrier but my wife is only 5”3 and not sure if it’ll be too big for her to use

I’m 5”6! It’s really adjustable! But you could definitely try it on in a store first if you’re worried about it being too long for her. There are quite a few spots that you can change to get a better fit for her torso.

How is it for the baby when she falls asleep in it? Also, how long of a hike would you do before taking breaks in regards to the baby?

I would take breaks at least every 2 hours! She slept in it just fine actually. She just leaned forward. It looks pretty comfortable. 😂
