Hello friends! Today I present to you a delicious and very easy to prepare recipe. Hash browns are a very popular dish in the United States. Just grate the potatoes and prepare them in the pan! Only 2 ingredients are needed! Very easy and incredibly delicious recipe! I assure you that you have never eaten potatoes so crispy and tasty! Don't go to Mc'Donalds, make hash browns at home! Your family will love them!
Ingredients:
- 900 g (2 lb) potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of corn starch
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Oil
For the sauce:
- 25 g (1 oz) butter
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) of cheese
- Salt and pepper
