" Inconsistent with the Constitution " is an understatement, as the opinion prefers the term "repugnant."

To my mind that gentleman has an exceptional knowledge of legal history and in particular USA Constitutional law history, development and applications. His lectures will be invaluable to historians, lawyers, judges. law students and the general public who are interested in knowing the nitty gritty of their freedoms /rights that are guaranteed under the USA constitution

I’m suing my governor of Colorado over red flag under prose. I don’t know what I’m doing. I just asked an attorney to take on my case. He told me I was too smart for him and doesn’t understand how I got. Jared polis, my governor in the federal courtroom to begin with. I cannot comprehend how hard this. I think it’s easy.

The Courts DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO INTERPRET THE CONSTITUTION, It was written in plain English for the common man, This is a lawyer giving his opinion.

Judicial review is the power that the criminal justice Marshall took for the SCOTUS but was not delegated by the constitution. It was unconstitutional then and now. "Judicial review" was reserved to the states and the people. NOT un-elected life appointed federal judges.
