Well, I took the plunge and ordered the Clementine bag for myself for my July birthday. It's on pre-order and won't ship until July, so the timing will be perfect. Yours and a few other RUclipsrs' reviews (not to mention the great reviews on the site itself) were my inspiration. Just recieved the Clementine in Oat. The odor was strange/chemical but I'm thinking it will decrease over time. Other than that I am enjoying it and will definitely get a set of Handbag Heels as it's a lighter color :)
I’m so happy that I saw your comment. I received the Horse bag a week ago and absolutely love it, but the odor really bothered me. It isn’t terrible, but every time I walk past it, it kind of jumps out at me. Fortunately, just today I’ve noticed a lessening of it. Maybe putting it outdoors in a shady spot would help! Good luck!
@@beckyrobinson1833 I'm happy to say that after about a week the smell was gone! I don't notice it at all now and I've been using the bag almost non-stop, I'm seriously thinking of getting a second color for the fall and winter but if the smell had remained I don't think I would. Put it outside for a bit but I think it should go away soon :)
OK, I caved! I pre-ordered the taupe Clementine! Seriously I love all the colors, so if it turns out as great as I hope, I may spring for the others!

It's a great bag, but just a heads-up-you might have to pay import tax. I live in the UK, and I was charged £49 before the courier would deliver it. I'm disappointed this wasn't made clear when I was buying it. The company should have at least mentioned the extra cost. I might have thought twice about buying it if I'd known

Gorgeous bag! How secure would you say the magnetic closure is? Would things fall out easily?
It’s very secure! It stays closed completely unless you pull it open, so the flaps are very much closed all the time!

Hi!! Wellll I have 3 cherry red bags in my collection, I think it’s a BEAUTIFUL color that adds a pop! It can be a neutral, and if you wear a lot of black and white the red looks great. If you wear more khaki shades or blues, the yellow looks amazing! The yellow is best for spring summer whereas the cherry I think is more all year round!! 🥰❤️ I hope this helps!

Great question, it’s tooo tight to go on the shoulder it can get on there but it’s right up under the arm it wouldn’t work that way

I just got mine today in Taupe and it has the weirdest smell. I saw a lot of posts on Reddit that mention it. Did yours have that weird smell also? The packing, the box and even the little sample leather tag smelled also
Huh mine had like an amazing leather smell! It didn’t smell bad it smelled like new leather car seats! I’m sorry to hear that!
I actually got a reply from the Horse. They’re thinking it’s the packing which is treated to resist humidity. I love the bag but the smell. It’s a little better on day 2, keeping fingers crossed that the smell goes away. I’m glad yours didn’t have that caustic smell
Does this bag have a chemical smell? I've been told that it does?
I'd love this bag, but I'm concerned about odors. Does it smell ok or is there any kind of strong chemical odor?? I got burned on a popular bag from another company which I could never get the terrible chemical odor to go away and had to actually throw it away!
Great question, it smells like brand new car seats like really fresh leather it doesn’t smell chemical to me at all!
