I love Wudang sword styles , I think it's more elegant than the Shaolin Breezing sword I do and that's why I started learning Wudang sword I do Zhang Sen Feng Tai Chi and Tai chi Sword and I love it
I guess to lean it I have to go China, here Noone is teaching any jian sword styles. Nor Shaolin nor Wudang. I also think that Wudang styles are more graceful and elegant. : )
His performance is just is just slightly different from other masters we have seen. It is fine , though. Some master, even the head of the coach, left (crossed over or abandoned) some postures / sub-postures while performing the fast version. BTW, I am not an expert. I am just a new comer of the Wudang style. Please forgive me, if I am wrong.
@@sammyli9456 i have a sort of idea, tell me if I am wrong. Routines in internal styles (like Wudang family) aren’t rigid, like to say katas in karate. Each student is unique, so his performance of routine has to be unique as well. Its not carved in stone its fluent.
@@terciary ...🙏... I agree with you that all internal styles (e.g. Wudang) are not rigid. However, the strength of each posture is maintained by and generated from the rooting which sends the force to Dan-tien working as the main station to distribute the power to each part of the upper body on vibration of force like the whirlpool power. - I think this is the reason why the lower body must be very strong and stable; where the upper body must be very relaxed to flow and convert the force from the rooting to be powerful at the destination point of each posture. - Wudang sword (the blade) is heavy; and not like that used by the Shaolin folks to practice (less weight sword), as the Shaolin used the upper body to reinforce the force from the rooting to generate the more power at the end point of the posture. Heavy sword can injure the muscle of the Shaolin's new practitioners as they do not know how to control the upper body in harmony with the force from the rooting. - I am trying to explain that the Wudang sword form is actually strong where the end point of each posture is deadly. It is different from Chen Taiji sword style I have seen, where the form practice is for the body exercise, but not be able to destroy the target at the end point of each posture. - ***It is just my opinion which is not reliable for any practitioner.*** My criticism is based on my daily practice for workout; which I have picked some differences from my focus and observation during my own performance.🙏 - Your comment is reliable; whereon I just share my little experience. 🙏
good point, Ms. I just sat down on the floor while doing that posture; as I saw some master performing this same form, doing that. This master's performance is slightly different from those I watched.

能不能再录一次啊?录像机可以拉远一些,拍出全景。现在的镜头太近,晃动太大,看得头晕眼花,不能看出大师的完美剑法。
He missed the fragment of routine at 1:12

打得不錯,
但是少了什麼,說不上來。
(或許,是你的劍法打得太粗)
