THIS IS MY FAVORITE SCENE IN THE MOVIE. i was really crying after the part ended. i totally relate as a dance artist. that shouted "you", it's like all the frustrations and pressure just pouring out. amazing
This really hit me straight in the heart, I absolutely loved this scene. Johnny is just a character that really resonates with me in both movies and his parts are always my favorite
This scene was so powerful ! Love the last line when he shouts "I think I saw you", we can feel all the emotions he puts in the "you". It brought me to tears
yes... this is so beautiful. he fell more then rose, this shows the power of dedication. he came on stage to show what covers is and it really showed and a lesson
It's when his dad is so proud and supportive of him after everything, that got me... The "that's my boy" and being there to see him perform. My dad never came to any of my concerts or play performances. But I'd sing and dance- pretending that he was sitting there in the crowd... proud of me at last...
I loved how in this movie they talk about devolved anxiety because of people that want to take us down and make us feel not enough, and also that soon or later we found supportive people that help us to go through it and prove that we are enough and we can be greater
yeah theres different reasons for it and each character saw a different side of it, the monkey (idc if hes not monkey he doesnt deserve a proper name) doing it on purpose to try to prove a point for his own ego reasons "if i cant teach you no one can cuz im the best", or with rosita her side of things was unintentional as she was replaced because she didnt seem qualified the role due to her fear of heights it can be both intentional or unintentional and the reasons can vary, personally i think the main reason is usually (Especially in the case of public school teachers) is they are in a terrible situation so they tear down others to make themselves feel better
A little detail that I love is how Johnny's dance partner from his class (the tiger) could have been made as a throwaway character that looked down on Johnny, but the movie throws in shots where he's genuinely proud of Johnny when he gets better at the choreography and hypes him up during his performance against Klaus
@@julieantunez4263 no not Nooshy, I mean the tiger that Johnny was paired up with in the dance class that was originally supposed to be his opponent for the performance. He's at 2:54
Not sure if I quite agree that it's the best song from an audio perspective, I'm hard pressed between this and Could Have Been Me (can't get either one out of my head right now), but when paired with the animation this one does edge it out. I do agree the story and visuals were also overall better than the first, the animation and detail of Calloway for instance was simply amazing.
I never would imagine this song for the planet of war, but somehow its so creative how Taron Egerton turned this into a ballad of war. A war within yourself and your opponent .

Scenes with Johnny singing are always to good .This was his best performance by far. This movie was very fun to watch. I loved this movie hope they do a sing 3 because both sing 1 and 2 were great and this was my favorite scene in the whole movie for sure. And I also loved how porsha cheered on Johnny while klaus tried to bring him down she is such a good friend
That can depend on the company. If they were to make a 3rd, they need Sing 2 to become popular enough, and if they green light Sing becoming a series, and that they get permission to use more songs, then it’s possible. Plus they need to do an idea on the plot.

This scene gave me goosepumps. So strong and so cool how all suddenly start to chant in and Johnny gets up and let all is frustration go in his voice and dancing moves. Very Powerful.
I feel bad for that tiger, ngl. He seemed generally really chill, got his part stolen last second and my man had one line the entire movie and he was seen thumping a broom with everyone else in support of Johnnie. Good on him. Hope he got his part back at the end XD

Sing 2 It is a rare case of a sequel to outperform the first film by a large margin. Seriously all the songs fit perfectly with the characters. It wouldn't be surprising to have a Sing 3.
I remember watching Sing 1 and I instantly fell in love with his singing voice and his voice in general honestly. I was a kid back then but now since the new movie is out, I’m happy to see his character grow! As well as the others! I absolutely love this part of the movie!! At first he was nervous because of the choreographer, but after Nooshy *(I forgot if that’s how you spell her name)* helped him he became more confident!
I could honestly watch this scene over and over. Taron Egerton has nailed his character down so well and Johnny is so believable. I was absolutely pumped in the cinema when this scene wrapped up. I even threw my fist in the air. So powerful. I genuinely hope that Johnny and Nooshy become something more if there's a Sing 3. She was so supportive and they complement each other very well.
Lots of people are talking about the fight scene but I LOVE the scene when Johnny looks at Nooshy after Claus and finds out that she is vibing with him and then powerfully sings : I THINK I SAW U😍🥺
Okay you guys are the real Jimmy crystal hear that song isn't for her so drop it all ready or else I will be like Porsha 'I can't hear you,I won't fear you know ' because you guys are starting a war with this nonsense so stop it please and thank you
I’m 19 and I’ve watched this movie 3 times and still want to watch it billions, this part of the movie especially puts the biggest smile on my face, also thankyou for doing it so we can save it 💓
This song hits me hard, especially the lyrics 'I don't care, go on and tear me apart, I don't care if you do.' It just hits different for me I guess ^^"
I can't be the only one to have trouble picking a favorite moment or song from this movie. The whole thing is just filled to the brim with talented singers and memorable moments. One of the best examples of what a sequel *should* be. I still remember just gushing over how detailed the fur was in this one. If you didn't know, hair/fur is one of the most difficult things to animate.
Aqui los q AMAN esta cancion no solo x la pelicula sino x la letra TODO x eso q encanta tanto la canción y la pelicula Sing ❤ Like si estas de acuerdo conmigo 👇
I've loved Johnny since the first movie, and when this song came up I was almost in tears. It was so moving and when it was over I was so happy when I and the whole theater started clapping.
This part was AWESOME! His singing voice is amazing, I love the combined use of acting, dancing and singing in their performance in the battle sequence. I love how Johnny said that last line with "you!" in a yelling tone. Lol. 😂 Everything about this section is so damn cool and very intriguing. The backup actors danced in union and slamming their staffs in rhythm. The song's kinda catchy. I love that vibe, his beautiful voice and the action choreography until the end. Yeah, I feel bad for the poor tiger who got his part stolen by a jealous mentor.
johnny's singing captivated me the most, like i like the other casts too but him~~ i have a special spot for him. his voice alone ascends me to the heaven!!
I love both movies because it makes me feel like I'm watching an actual show within a movie. The sequel did not disappoint me. The story line with Johnny got me emotional in both movies. Not sure why.
To me, from all the cast Johnny has been the most relatable and the best written character. Because we all been in situation where someone close to us doubt it is just for what we wanted to do like in the first movie with his dad. And had a mentor that looked down on us just because we couldn't develope like they wanted us to grow instead of showing how to grow ourselves with our own strength and weaknesses. Just as we see in the second movie. God this scene is such a pay off.
I was crying so hard when I saw this scene in theaters….like there were kids all over the theater and I was just sobbing, LMAO…I couldn’t stop crying…but it was a beautiful message and song :)
Johnny's voice actor will always amaze me with their singing, first movie was great and this is no different.~ My favorite part has to be the part where he sees his dance teacher making him shrink a bit, but when he see's Nooshy singing along ( 0:57 ) that part of "I think I saw you" definitely hit differently, though I do agree with everyone else about the ending emphasis on "you", he let it all out there and rightfully earning the respect of his teacher even if he didn't care for it.
For someone who holds a professional job, Klaus acted extremely unprofessional and improper during this number. Stripping someone of their role without consultation of the director, barging into the show without authorization, attempting to throw another cast member off guard, and all of this just because he was jealous of the second cast member succeeding. Not only should a choreographer stay out of the show like everyone else who isn’t the cast member, they also shouldn’t envy cast members and see someone as a failure, let alone trying to make them one. Klaus has some anger issues, and I personally don’t think he should continue his career, especially with his values

@@dianacepsyte2860 yeah because unedited videos get taken down and even threat some channels to permanent ban.
Hands down the best scene !!!
🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️🛐🛐🛐
Yes!
Love💓❤️
Yes!!! The first time when he said o thing I saw you je was scared by the dance instructor but he lighted when he saw her! ♡
Why can't she be just a fantastic friend?

What's your name have you seen sing 2
Lots of people are talking about the fight scene but I LOVE the scene when Johnny looks at Nooshy after Claus and finds out that she is vibing with him and then powerfully sings : I THINK I SAW U😍🥺
Yeeeeeesssssssss
Yes
OMGGG YESSSS!!!!
Okay you guys are the real Jimmy crystal hear that song isn't for her so drop it all ready or else I will be like Porsha 'I can't hear you,I won't fear you know ' because you guys are starting a war with this nonsense so stop it please and thank you
@@aliciamartin4855 wdym? we arent starting a damn war what makes you think that?
BRO THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SONGS EVER ;-;
I’m 19 and I’ve watched this movie 3 times and still want to watch it billions, this part of the movie especially puts the biggest smile on my face, also thankyou for doing it so we can save it 💓
You're welcome. 😊👍
I am also 19 and I really like this movie. This song has been stuck in my head for days now so I am now watching this video on repeat lol.
I just turned 19 today, I watched this movie for the first time todat and absolutely fell in love like the first one!!❤️
@@MusicalEdits1 you are the best
I'm 35 and have watched it 5 times this week with my kids. They did such a good job on this movie. 10x better than the first one!
This song hits me hard, especially the lyrics 'I don't care, go on and tear me apart, I don't care if you do.' It just hits different for me I guess ^^"
Same :3
"Johnny he killed those vocals 1:45"
Every inch of my body had hairs standing on end. Then I cried. The emotion was overwhelming in a good way and for that I thank you very much
Sequel done right! Saw this earlier and I was impressed how entertaining the movie was.
To me it was worth watching this in the movie theater
That song is pretty good
I can't be the only one to have trouble picking a favorite moment or song from this movie. The whole thing is just filled to the brim with talented singers and memorable moments.
One of the best examples of what a sequel *should* be.
I still remember just gushing over how detailed the fur was in this one. If you didn't know, hair/fur is one of the most difficult things to animate.
If you're a sing 2 fan then I need you because my community HATES THAT MOVIE and I'm so alone
I am the same i do not know what song to pick and i like them all
@@Imperviousdragon Loved the first one. Concerned about the bad report of this one. Hopefully will like it, though this scene seems a tad cringy : /
This scene nearly gave me some big chills honestly, I LOVE how they went through with it.
Johnny has made us all proud 💙
Bro-
Ryan stole my heart. Dude was cheering Johnny on in his boxers. What a friend-
In love with taron's singing 😍
“In a sky full of stars, I think I saw you” while he’s smiling at Nooshy 🥺
Love the double meaning. It felt like nooshy is really going to be Johnny’s girlfriend.
Cool
Sing 2 is a great example of what an amazing sequel looks like and this was by far my favorite part of the whole movie!
Its also proved that delayed sometime is good but rushed always ended up in disasters
Mine too!
@@thewonderofimagination8230And the fact that it managed to keep up with Spider-Man: No Way Home during the holiday rush is impressive.

I started to cry when he sung it, his voice is amazing!
That's my boy. 😍
Thank you for the Sing 2 clip of Johnny sing Sky full of Stars ✨,Johnny is all time favorite character in Sing 1,2 Musical Edits keep the good work 🤩.
I love the part when he shouts “I think I saw YOU” at the last. It looks like he finally faces his fears and rides out them. I’m absolutely moved.

The whole movie was epic but this has to be my favourite song out of it 💜
Amazing :,) Taron nailed his part! He sang this song so well! I didn’t realize he has such a strong voice! 😍🥺
even though this movie had quite a few flaws I can't deny that this soundtrack is amazing
Can't wait to see this whole movie. If they do a Sing 3, something i hope so since it just keeps getting better and better
J’adore
The last part was so raw, especially the "YOUAH!" that it gave me chills,
It was so good but for some reason I can’t stop laughing 😂😩
I didn't watch the whole movie yet, but this scene gives me goosebumps!!!
Aqui los q AMAN esta cancion no solo x la pelicula sino x la letra TODO x eso q encanta tanto la canción y la pelicula Sing ❤
Like si estas de acuerdo conmigo

Yeah, I feel bad for the poor tiger who got his part stolen by a jealous mentor.
hey jnnmm my mmkk hi you g n no turn bn in

THIS SONG GAVE ME GOOSEBUMPS!! IT WAS SO FREAKING AMAZING
This was deadset the best performance in the whole movie. I loved the energy in it
I am now excited about sing 3!
johnny's singing captivated me the most, like i like the other casts too but him~~ i have a special spot for him. his voice alone ascends me to the heaven!!
I'd cried a lot watching this whole movie.. this is good frrrrrrrrr
I love sing 2😍
I love both movies because it makes me feel like I'm watching an actual show within a movie. The sequel did not disappoint me. The story line with Johnny got me emotional in both movies. Not sure why.
Yh same
this movie really made it feel like you were at a rock concert / show in vegas. i loved it.
Well done Johnny
JOHNNY IS THE BEST CHARACTER IN THIS MOVIE MAN
Ash is the best but Jonny is good too
To me, from all the cast Johnny has been the most relatable and the best written character.
I love it when the “tiger” just grabs a broom as respect too xd
I took my daughter to see this this morning. This scene was AMAAAZING! The whole movie was fantastic, but this scene literally gave me goosebumps!!!
Glad you enjoyed it
I hope your daughter enjoyed it💖💖
I watched it with my mom and 2 sisters, I cried twice while watching it. Even now when I listen to some of the songs I cry 😂😂
@@shawnabutler4660 I want to watch it again in the theaters and I'm going to buy the disc when the moment it comes out
I love so much the voice of Taron Egerton, it is one of my favorite
i like it
The battle scene was perfectly good, i love when he fights his teacher, it was awesome
This is literally my favorite scene from the movie. Taron Egerton literally has such good vocals and it was such a powerful moment! Just amazing!!!
Don't let anyone ever tell you that you will never be great, for the power to dictate that, is not in their hands.
This movie absolutely blew my mind. Animation was astounding. Comedy was brilliant. 😂
Taron egerton has such a great voice. He did excellent in this movie. Coldplay a sky full of stars is a great song for this movie.
Does anybody feel like Johnny and the cat are in love 😍🥰💘🤔💕💗
You mean nooshy . I like the double meaning with his song it like he really wants her to be his girlfriend.
