That's really sad you had an awful experience at a renowned sweet shop. Once these kind of places gain popularity/importance they take customer service for granted and treat customers like crap.
You should have videoed and posted your live experience at the shop for people to gain awareness.
I would have walked of such an useless place that's lack proper communication basic courtesy and customer service no matter how good the sweets were or be.

भैया मैं जब ताजमहल गया था तो उसके बगल में हम पंछी पेठा लेने गए तो दुकानदार ने हमको एक एक पेठा स्पेशली टेस्ट करवाया और बोला जितना टेस्ट करना है कर सकते हैं.......बहुत अच्छा दुकानदार था यार......बाद में उसने जैसा आपको चाहिए था 2-2 पेठे डाल के 1 किलो का डब्बा बना के दिया था.........बड़ी दुकान से कोई फर्क नही पड़ता है.......इंसान अच्छा होना चाहिए

North Indian food items variety- wise, taste-wise are unique, world famous and also not so costly as per the efforts and ingredients it contains. For example take the case of a Masala Dosa and Chole- Bhature, first one costs more than later one, took very less time and effort to make, with literally more profit of margin. Yes, Many North Indian Shopkeepers, you will found bad mannered speaking rough language with I damn care attitude because they forget that where they are standing and what they are ? This effects badly to their business. That's why they are far behind in their businesses in comparison to their counterparts from the other parts of India. But now a days , People attitudes are changing.

It is true, but thats no big deal. I mean you've travelled all the way from delhi to agra to create your food blog. So given that you travel an extra mile for a box of petha and got misled, is not that annoying as your actions are illustrating. Trust me bro take it easy and dont get pissed off so easily. They did'nt keep their words i got it but it's not some court or Jury place where promises are meant to be complied. I see your video. i genuinely follow it though have not subscribed but i like it. So was a gentle advice to not loose cool and go so hard on oneself.

मेरे साथ गोपाल दास पेठे वाले का एक बहुत अच्छा एक्सपीरियंस है कि मैंने बाहर जाने के लिए 5kg के pethe लिए थे और अचानक इंदिरा गांधी जी की हत्या के बाद मेरा ट्रैवल का प्रोग्राम कैंसिल हो गया और उन्होंने वह pethe े के डब्बे वापस ले लिए और मुझे एक हफ्ते बाद दोबारा नए डब्बे दिए थे मुझे उनका यह एक्सपीरियंस बहुत अच्छा लगा था थैंक्स
