I Just want to say this channel deserves so much more traction. Keep making the videos man they are absolutely fantastic I really appreciate it and I am learning lots from you
Thanks for this. After struggling to learn Reaper a few times, I finally, permanently switched to Reaper about 4 years ago, got to know it, and love it. Part of the problem with Reaper (to me) was that there are so many choices that they can get in the way of settling on a workflow - but once I settled on a workflow, and realised I did not have to use every bell and whistle, I was fine, and became a lot more productive.
Great run through. Have been on Ableton for 10+ yrs. It’s pricey, but stable. You described its strengths well, combining live tracked stuff with virtual instruments is where it excels.
I use studio one… idk if it’s the best but it came with my studio bundle up. I’ve upgraded my interface, mic and monitors but i got comfortable with it so i stuck with it.

Reaper has a lot of flexibility. It can be overwhelming but also very rewarding once you find your way!

Glad it's working for you! It's not optimal for my workflow, but it is an amazing DAW for production and creativity.

It's all about what you're comfortable with!
Cubase is not Windows exclusive
Correct. I believe it was windows only at some point in the past.
