@@saarland2china My apartment in Harbin was in AiJian just adjacent to the Zhuo Zhan shopping center, pretty affluent part of the city with a view of the Songhua River (plus Ice Festival lights in the winter). 2500 and it was new. Now I pay 6200 in Beijing. haha Definitely not in the city center here.

Can rent a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath 130sqm for less than 4000rmb per month here, easily to find $500-$600 and many nice smaller apartments for far less, $250 much nicer than this one, sorry :) . Many 2nd & 3rd tier cities are the absolute best places for foreigners to enjoy and experience life in China - I am much happier living in Shenyang, it is equally beautiful to all the 1st tier cities and the cost of living is half! I have to get something notarized this week giving her permission to do so. What little bit of the neighborhood I did see it looks very familiar
Saarland 2 China Yes we are in the process of buying a new house. I have to go to Washington tomorrow to the Chinese ambassador office. I have not a clue what I’m doing. But she sent me all the paperwork I translated it. That is a long trip for me to go to Washington. Yes I will go to the ambassador office so I only have to hopefully do this one time. Why do you know somebody else who was buying yesterday. What I see on the video is not the house that we sold or are selling. If I can get my old computer working I have some pictures of the area in Harbin. I Kinda really like that area where the old houses is. I got so much to do in the next day or so.

Guys,we haven't used this type of washing machines since long time ago,and your apartment decoration belongs to old style,which was very common in 1990s.Dude, at least,you should have made some simple modification before moving into this apartment in order to improve your living quality.Ya illahi! Location is probably the most important thing in an apartment, but I think I would still need a little step up in quality, especially if I have any chance to date a girl! I would be reluctant to keep so much junk on the balcony. You might give foreigners a bad reputation for being trashy.
