BURRITO RECIPE: I texted Catherine to see how she made the burritos. Here is what she texted back..
I'll list the ingredients I used for the wraps - I don't really know what to say for exact amounts because I usually guess on most of it. (as you can see, a true cook since she doesn't really follow a recipe.) 😉
Pack of 8-10 tortillas
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
Corn chips
Chicken tenders, chopped in small pieces (made it in a skillet with butter, salt and pepper)
*could also add tomatoes
Sauce:
Sour cream (maybe 1/2 cup)
Salsa (maybe 1/4 cup)
*mix together

Hi Mary, here in Australia, you may have it as well. But I have used 'gutter guard' mesh as a trellis. You can buy it in hardware stores and cheap shops. It is plastic, you buy it in a roll of a couple of 'yards' about 6 -8 inches wide and works really well to have vines like 'potato vine' climbing up. I have just given away my age, yes we went metric in 1966, but I still think in inches and cm and metres. Probably much more sound than string or twine. As always, I enjoy having some me time and listening to you. stay safe. Oh happy anniversary and have many more, perhaps it is time you had some grandkids ???.

Love these glimpses into your day...and can I just say a huge "thank you" for NOT being someone who carries the camera around - I can never watch those types of videos as they make me pretty much instantly nauseous with the movement. I much prefer the stationary view that shows much more and allows you to speed up when necessary. You always do such a great job with your fast forwards - and I appreciate the amount of time to set up shots, even just a few seconds of footage, such as walking out of the woods - I know you spent time finding the perfect camera location and angle to achieve those few seconds...so thank you for your care and patience in creating those special little moments. They are noticed!

Wet Cardboard over grass is how I start all my new beds including vegetables and flowers and shrub borders. No chemicals. I wont allow them in my yard. It kills beneficial insects. We have alot of cardboard and the worms go crazy for it in the garden beds 😉 its an awesome way to dispose of the cardboard too. It will deteriorate in a year. Works fabulous to keep weeds out too.

My daughter and son-in-law graduated from UVA. I am originally from the south and love Virginia. It is so beautiful. Today is our 49th wedding anniversary and I surely can't believe it's been that many years. We dated for six years before that. I believe we're lifers! Congratulations! So glad you enjoyed your visit to Virginia. It is truly beautiful. My daughter learned to climb while she went to school there- at one point 10,000 feet up. Made me pretty nervous watching but she had an excellent and very experienced teacher. She now teaches at the University of Arizona and has some very different mountains to climb. Any kind of outdoor experience is usually amazing. All God's glory!

Happy anniversary! I’ve tried 3small areas using the no dig method since last fall. It really is quite convenient. As long as cardboard or newspaper is nonshhiny, it seems to work well. I’m looking forward to to the morning glory wall.

I'm new to your channel and have only seen 2 so far. I love it. I'm from Ohio and retired to Florida. I grew up in Grove City just south of Columbus but finished my last 13 years in Apple Valley just outside Mt Vernon which is 67 miles NE of Columbus. Love seeing your plants and decor. We won several gardening awards in Grove City but FL is so different and hard to keep them alive. Thanks for a memorable show.

You could put a few layers of cardboard down and soil mixed with compost over it to avoid using a herbicide. I did a month ago and it worked great! I put in perennials and canna bulbs. God bless your new garden!
