I posted the link in the video description. I don't remember exactly how the mod is installed. But I installed it easily. Before installing, you need to make backups of the game. This mod was made for GTA 4 1.0.7.0.

Да, отличный мод! Не без глюков, но отличный. В оригинальную Vice City после него не хочется играть.

Iskander Games С модом они еще лучше. И теперь можно поплавать в Vice City, да и вода красивее, чем в GTA 4.

Вроде только первая миссия перенесена из оригинальной Vice City.
