I played it 14hrs straight in order to finally beat the second boss. I'm hooked. Couldn't get enough glory to unlock that area which costs a little over 100, but I didn't play a perfect game. I'm already considering the necessary changes. You have to be very quick and laser focused. No wasted moments.
@@rustyknight1572 The Witch doctor to the left of the bridge / X spot is not usable in the demo as far as I know, and I beat the game a few times to the point I cant progress. But so is a lot of other stuff on the map.
I played RICE and I picked Relief and somehow got four speed upgrades and was ZOOMIN! the enemies were also moving way faster so it does seem like enemies always move a certain percent faster than you.
Sifd please play rogue legacy 2 swan song DLC once it's out!!! It's their last major DLC so I think it would be a nice final send off to that wonderful series.
teh grind is real, the difficulty and reward curve is way way off. you either get lucky with a combo of npcs or you grind like hell and probably still lose.

looks like you can place some units behind across the river. definitely want more of this
Behind the river are spots for reserve units. You can get more unit spots by upgrading stuff in the castle or tavern.
So like the archer won’t shoot if he’s behind the River?
@@pageboysam no, reserve units don't attack but still consume food.

You can put units behind the bridge too… I recommend ranges units

A hidden meta progression is the roads. Try building as many as you can.
I say hidden because alot do not build enough roads.
