BONELESS CHICKEN - 300 GMS
GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/3b8nGMr)
CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
PAPRIKA POWDER - 1/2 TSP
MIXED HERBS - 1/2 TSP
SALT - 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/2vg124l)
SOY SAUCE - 2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/2Oq9bKi)
MAIDA - 1/2 CUP (Buy: amzn.to/2TRS8Em)
CORN FLOUR - 1/2 CUP (Buy: amzn.to/2NVF6SC)
SALT - 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/2vg124l)
PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/2RElrrg)
EGG - 2 NOS.
MAYONNAISE - 1 CUP (Buy: amzn.to/2RhYF9I)
CHILLI SAUCE - 2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/2tdMscS)
TOMATO KETCHUP - 3 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/31aRpQ7)
GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/3b8nGMr)
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TSP (Buy: amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING (Buy: amzn.to/2RGYvrw)
SPRING ONION GREENS
Method:
1. Take the boneless chicken in a bowl.
2. To this add garlic paste, chilli powder, paprika powder, mixed herbs, salt, soy sauce, and mix well.
3. Let the chicken sit for 30 mins.
4. To a another bowl, add maida, corn flour, salt, pepper and mix.
5. For the egg wash, crack open two eggs and whisk it.
6. To another bowl, mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, tomato ketcup, garlic paste, chilli powder and mix it. Keep it aside.
7. Chicken is miranted now. Take one piece of chicken and coat it with the flour mixture.
8. Now dip it in the egg wash and coat it again in the flour mixture.
9. Heat oil for deep frying and drop the chicken pieces for 5 mins on medium flame.
10. Since it has flour coating, chicken will not turn to golden brown.
11. Add the fried chicken pieces into the prepared mayo sauce and toss it.
12. Chicken Dynamite is ready to be served.
