    Thanks Matt. I've exclusievly used another software since starting my business. But this video has me considering trying a differnt platform just for comparison and to see if I like using HCP more than my current software.

      Hi Travis! It is worth considering other options every now and again to see what you might be missing or what features that would better suit your business. Though if your current software works good enough, it might not be worth spending the time to learn a new one.
      If I’m not mistaken, is it Markate that you’re using? If so, I know that platform has great a la carte style pricing and you can pay for more functionality overtime.

    I know you can integrate quickbooks with this since quickbooks doesn't have the ability to do work orders/job tickets. Do you have any tutorials on how to do this?

    Wondering if they have the option to have multiple contacts for a customer profile. For example, sometimes I need to send an invoice to a customer to a different email than what I would send a notification to for when we are coming to the site. Is there a way to customize this for a customer profile so that the automation still works without having to manually edit in advance.

      From my understanding, no, they do not have this feature yet.
      Best to do is ask them directly.
