I have the same camper. We share similar likes and dislikes of the model. Thank you for your ideas.

Our 2023 same trailer is a piece of crap. Our first day, day after picking it up from the dealer became soaked from the slide box and even the trailer floor while driving in heavy rains. First day out and the trailer was ruined. Had to use our beach towels to mop up the water. A couple of days later, the hot water line to the shower sprung a leak. 11 o'clock at night on a Saturday and dealing with that. While camped I removed the microwave and a panel to see the wheel wells were never sealed. Could see the sun light coming right in. Took it back to the dealer and the claims to the dealer were denied. Palomino now is in possession of our trailer.

Man I'm sorry to hear that, I must have lucked out as I've taking this thing to yellowstone, the Tetons death valley and many remote boondocks trips with pretty bad roads and or mud and haven't had to many headaches other then the sink drain coming off from the rough roads.
Hopefully they take care of you and pay you back
