"Mrs Butterworth" is actually an american syrup brand, so I'm pretty sure Mike chose pancake syrup made mostly of corn syrup! :) Now I wrote the word syrup too many times and it looks weird to me. Thanks for this amazing video, I'm super hyped to try out that cake!
It's now called Pearl Mining Company as of 2020. Because it was racially insensitive. Uncle Ben's rice was changed too. But, they had to be historically accurate in the show.

I normally hate fruit on anything savory (except tacos Al pastor) but pineapple on pizza is so delicious! I love to eat it with vegan ranch and sprinkle Chile flakes and it’s just 😘👌🏽
At some point i really gave up on making pizza cuz it never works for me, but seeing how good yours looks, guess imma give it another chance, also i never ate pineapple on pizza, so two birds with one stone
yes good luck! The thinner you get the pizza dough (without it breaking) the better. Using a rolling directly on the baking sheet worked great actually.

Hi! How do I handle frozen pizza dough? Like....how do I freeze it correctly? How do I defrost ist completely? Does it still taste the same? I love the idea but I'm scared I will mess it up 🤷🏻♀️🙈

It's called something like Seitenmix / Seitanpulver and I get it from the vegan / veganz section at my Edeka. So I'd imagine perhaps Rewe too? Organic stores might have it as well, or online!
When I was little I loved peanut butter but wasn't a fan of jelly (this still applies, I don't hate jelly just not my go to) my mom made me a pb&j for lunch and used whole wheat bread (red wheat type with the "wheaty" taste) and over toasted it and a very small amount of peanut butter and jelly. One day maybe in 1st or 2nd grade we had this at school picnic thing and some parent brought a make your own sandwich station and I got 2 pieces of white fluffy bread and slathered it with peanut butter. I thought it was the best sandwich I ever had at the time.

Yep, and a lot of the pancake syrups have a "butter" flavor that isn't real butter, so they're vegan too!

When I freeze mine I put each “ball” in a resealable plastic bag! To thaw I leave it on the kitchen counter for a couple hours before cooking.
