Jax is the biggest snowball character in the game.. you could have a massive lead, find urself in the corner and lose ur entire life off 2 bad reads in a row under tremendous pressure

Yo rewind, have you tried enhanced outranked + quad grab? It gives you a non-fuzzyable tick throw off the third hit, shit is mad OD. Dope vids though, you out here fr!
I've found it's not really worth it the slot. The grapple combos leave you really plus with good oki. The launcher is well a launcher, and the command grab is a given.
I haven't labbed it yet but I've been ducking correctly to avoid it. I think there is some sort of OS for it. Its unfortunate because that string has so much potential, but its just meh. You aren't even guaranteed anything off of the plus frames. Even in the corner a 6 fr D1 will beat you because of the pushback and Jax's average range.

@@PsychicJaguar19 I tried to fuzzy it in practice with mixed results so I think it may just be a placebo, but you can also cancel into bf2 to blow up anyone trying to fuzzy it, or do 22 into ripped to catch them ducking (which is safe for no meter) so I still think it has it’s uses
@@dakotablair1205 That just brings up a good point of Jax already having that mix up without the extended strings. D1 into tic throw or D1 into dashpunch, that's a 1 frame fuzzy. You could do 2,2 into ripped but there's a huge gap and you could get blown up for it. I want to use enhanced outrank, but my combination of ripped, quad grab, and grappler combo extenders work so well together and I've been having so much success with it. I wish they reduced the pushback on the plus frames, a lot of characters can just poke him after which sucks. He should at least be able to get a D1 in but he has to dash in.

Probably the dash into the standing 1 or the dash into the crouching one after the AMP ripped. It’s takes a lot of practice to get that dash canceling timing right

damn 80 win streak with jax? how do you win against good zoners?
Jax has counter zoning, but he’s meant to just bully you when he gets in. That’s how he got 80 wins. It’s literally strings that can be staggered or mixed up for KBs. He’s kinda brain dead.
Lol Jax isn’t really brain dead. Sure he has anti zoning tools, but he still struggles against really good zoners and his massive hurtbox means he gets hit by literally everything.
@@lekanosagie he’s pretty brain dead man... other than having to outwork the occasional zoner, or one that knows to keep Jax away. He’s a free mix up stagger pressure character. F2, 1+2 and F2, D4 is a 50/50 that you can stagger easily with just F2. F33 is also an amazing stagger tool that sets up the overhead confirm, grab KB, mix up, etc. his D4 on hit guarantees his DD4 special. They can’t do anything but block it. Not to mention he literally heats up off 2211 string and once heated up has better zoning and damage. You win with Jax using the same two strings.

@@LickyMyNippy lol the thing is once you start playing against Jax you learn that all his staggers are reactable to, even online. And then you can blow him up for like 30% on each failed stagger.
His Overhead - low mixups off F3 + 13 is a 4 frame fuzzy which isn’t that hard to do either if you’ve labbed the matchup. I’m not saying Jax is D Tier(imo he’s solid A tier, would be S tier easily with some solid plus frames), but you’re never gonna get anywhere playing him in a brain dead way.
