    Ingredients:
    Pumpkin - 3 standard cups (If the skin is tender, there’s no need to peel it.)
    Onion - 2 (big)
    Tomato - 4 (medium-sized)
    Green chilli - 2
    Dried chilli - 2
    Tamarind - 2 or 1½ turkey berry-sized ball
    Curry leaves - 1 sprig
    Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
    Urad dal - 4 tbsp
    Chana dal - 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
    Asafoetida - ½ tsp
    For Seasoning:
    Oil
    Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
