These lists were awesome. But i hate it when the cars are free, because it creates somewhat imbalanced gameplay, so here's the deal: You realized that you can get money from anywhere in GTA 3, but don't really know how to spend them besides buying weapons, bomb shops and pay n spray.
F.B.I. cars are difficult/hard to get but not impossible just get 6 Star wanted level.. Fcuk the acquiring of the rhino after the storyline mission completion. And i want one now..
This was great, I have been researching "bay cars in usa" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Conubraay Cars Capitalization - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

I was also hoping they would have a Import/export for gang vehicles, I wonder why Rockstar Games didn't think of that
