  • Coopers Mexican Cerveza lager beer kit has been around for a long time, so I thought it was about time I brewed this on video. Especially as the instructions in the kit are very basic.
This is a quick kit to make and from opening the tin, to bottling can take as little as 7 days. Then just 3 more weeks and this lager beer is ready to drink.
A lot of people like to have a cerveza beer with a chunk of lime, so I thought I’d add some lime juice to the lager - think Sol
And I like a beer that has tequila in (think desperado), so why not give this Coopers Mezican Cerveza a twist.
It’s a quick kit to make and I like to use beer enhancer to give it a bit more body than just using sugar, or it can be a little thin on the mouth feel.
If you need any help, advice or tips on making this coopers mexican cerveza beer kit, the get in touch using the comments below.

Yeah. I tried 5ml, the tequila was there, but very subtle. So 5 more ml and yep. That hits the spot. Dark tequila too. White tequila doesnt have as much flavour. But i prefer white tequila for sipping. Lol

@@BrewbitzCould be refering to sucking on tubes to start siphon. Mouth is full of good and bacteria so a good opportunity there to contaminate brew.

Thats why I always state, if you dont want to suck, then use an auto-syphon. But the bacteria in your saliva will be killed by the alcohol. Its only acetobacter that can really do harm at this stage and thats in the air.

@@Brewbitz About to move back to Australia. Alcohol taxes there now third highest in the world. Never been a better time to get into home brewing. Will give this brew a go!
