The part with the little girl at school switching to the field really hit home. I have a young daughter who's already showing tremendous strength. I can see her turning into someone like that.

Out of a 6 yr enlistment I spent 3 1/2 yrs with the Marines. Being a Corpsman attached to the Marine Ithink every corpsman should take on the honor in belonging to the green side. As they say “ once a Marine corpsman always a Marine corpsman” Semper Fi Brothers and Sisters of the unstoppable Green machine.
I lived and trained at the Lion's Bay Marine Base for three months, before I went overseas as a youth. Got thirty medals and six purple hearts. Including, the United States Congressional Medal of Honor, during the Clinton Administration. Was on TV, over five million Americans seen it broadcasting live.
Amazing video! Idk how u marines do it. You go through what looks like at times fun but actually extremely difficult training from reception to basic, combat and mos . And fight crazy conflicts and wars while fighting hard for America. You are an inspiration and thank you U.S. Marine corps!

You do it because of your training in boot camp. It was hard and at times almost sadistic but that training along with all the crap the DI's give you, makes you a marine and part of a brotherhood that goes all the way back to Tuns Tavern.

I am very concerned of the direction of the Corps forcing the introduction of women in the Grunts. I am a Marine and served as a Grunt in both Beirut and Grenada .
I always wanted to service as a marine but exercise-induced bronchoconstriction & seasonal allergies get me disqualified but alot of times i will run until I collapse. Nebulizers eases the exercise-induced bronchoconstriction but not cure it unfortunately. ALL Marines i would like to say thank you for your service & your sacrifice.

One thing that makes marines is in boot camp you learn all about the history of the Marine Corps and how you are joining a brotherhood that goes clear back to Tuns Tavern. You learn pride and brotherhood. Once a marine, always a marine.
Some days I ask why I joined the corps but other days I really do enjoy it and seeing this and having that pride for not only myself but my brothers and sisters was a great experience
Probably one of the greatest decisions I’ve made in life was enlisting. 3 1/2 years in and although it has its ups and downs I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. Getting ready to put in my re enlistment package. 🤙🏼
