I feel like turning Leda into an actual full on boss with a crazy moveset would take away from the whole idea that everyone that was a part of that whole journey was just a normal person. No gods, demigods, or fancy royal titles.

I agree that turning Leda into a “actual bossfight” would take away from the experience. Leda’s fight is meant to be more of a lore/story fight. From a story standpoint it’s one of the best fights in the dlc especially if you do all the quests and have everyone show up. Calling it a bad fight just cause it’s an npc fight is super disingenuous imo and tells me he probably doesn’t care about the npc stories at all.

On a wholly different note, anyone else a little miffed that incants only have the wyrm-breaths and Bayle's Tyranny as options for magma? They gave us a new talisman that boosts the potency of magma, but both sorceries and AoWs have more magma-moves that incants, which have one really good AoE and 2 magma-vomit spells that are basically the same but different in strength.

I don't think you need to or even should have an Elden Ring show/movie that starts all the way at the beginning. The lore is dense, the narrative complicated, but so was the lore of Middle Earth. The beloved Lord of the Rings Trilogy isn't a multi hour retelling of the Silmarillion, but it's own self contained story. Something like that, would have a much stronger impact imo. Maybe a telling of Godfrey's rise to be The First Elden Lord.
It is still very situational, and it may seem like great damage, but remember all these buffs could also have just been used on like . . . Catch flame 💀 In my experience it is useful on a slow large enemy, as it should be, and is mainly an fp conserving tool. I would still never use it in comparison to . . . Oh I don’t know Like Burn o Flame, catch flame, giantsflame, . . . . But hey it jumped from F tier to probably like high B tier so that’s great! Same with the divine beast tornado. Went from like D to high B as well, or maybe even A to be honest. As for butterflies . . . It is still very bad moveset wise, but at least it is basically guaranteed to apply rot. The explosions all hitting the enemy might do a large amount of damage, but that is usually never going to happen.
Tbh I do use it in quite some scenarios still Unlike catch flame or o flame you mentioned, it has much longer range, and at full cast it can do more damage per fp than those Essentially, use this against big enemies or crowds of targets. Erdtree avatars AND spirits, hippos, Romina when she's transitioning to phase 2 or using the butterfly spell, dragons, you get the gist of it Of course, when you're up close, it's likely pest thread spears will outdamage it even on big targets, but when you're even a bit farther, it can can outdamage pest thread spears
That is a fire Elden Ring show idea, it would not only be entry level but draw in everyone and by the end it would promote playing and buying the game and dlc to learn more

Metyr wasn't the sister of the Elden Beast. She was the first meteor to hit the lands between. Also, perhaps she wouldn't be such a "terrible boss" if you didn't stand right next to all of her aoe attacks. Just a thought.

Winged Serpent helm gives a better boost than Mesmer’s. Unless that’s only the ash of war? Not the fire knight helm but the Winged Serpent guaranteed drop from knight right before Mesmer.
Messmer's helm gives less skill boost but also boosts fire knight skills, 8% and 3% respectively. Whereas the winged serpent helm only boosts skills by a larger 10%.
I really don't think there are any Bad Bosses in this DLC there's some badly designed attacks like meters black hole laser beam radon's new star collar cry which does not seem to have an avoidable hitbox and Madras phase transition where he floats up in the air I don't think you can dodge that attack either outside of those attacks though I think all the bosses are very well designed Speech to text is not good with this game's names

Running away or standing in a certain position is the way to go sometimes. A few attacks that are in fact problematic are Consort’s cross slash, Gaius’s charge, and Malenia’s Waterfowl (unbelievable that they haven’t at least reduced the tracking on that last one by now). Can’t outspace or simply strafe them, each requires incredibly precise rolls (literally frame perfect in Consort’s case), and Waterfowl in particular will purée you with no way of dealing with it if she decides to start it while you are up close and attacking her UNLESS you use Bloodhound’s Step, Vow of the Indomitable, or perform an incredibly precise and unintuitive maneuver that fucks up her tracking. Dodging Midra’s phase 2 explosion is little different from dodging Malenia’s Scarlet Aeonia.

Don't have to cast with the seal to get the boost. So in this instance, I'm using the erdtree seal since its scaling is far higher than the fire knights seal, but still holding the seal in my offhand for the 15% boost.
Honestly it's fkin awesome it does a lot of damage now it's still kinda dooky against small targets and pvp but it's threatening now even if it's slow. Feels so fuckin good

Divine beast talisman is the exact same, only 1 new storm incant and 1 new unique weapon skill
