I want to see some action in that pond. To that end, please put a few small Orca Whales, and some small Great White Sharks in the pond. Battle Fish, here we come.
I've seen the poles, been waiting for a fishing video! Let me know if I missed one by accident 🧐🤪 The pond looks fantastic man!! A real upgrade. As for the fish, being from right down stream in Illinois, I love seeing ponds stocked with bluegills and bass. My brother has baby bass in his 120 gallon fish tank and let's them grow before he transfers them to his stock pond on our property down by the river. So of course my vote goes for bass and bluegills 😁 a bullhead or two would be awesome man... maybe some crawdads.. alright ill hush lol
Found u from the video where u saved the blood parrot (mobi) and then started watching so many of ur vids and not missing any new ones. But when Gobi killed mobi, I felt very sad. Anyways nice vid❤️❤️!
I'd say 2-3 bluegill and a bass. There's still not that much room for bigger native fish. Catfish besides a bullhead like redtail are a bad idea since they get really really big Edit: keep in mind that the bass and bluegill are gonna destroy those minnows and grow big because of it. So stock around 200 monthly. Bamabass has 2 bass, 3 bluegill and a crappie and he stocks 1000 minnows a week.
I saw your vid on moby and was amazed wd ur dedication, care for our other living creatures we share on this planet. I will support and subscribe to ur channel. Best of everything bro.
The only native fish I would recommend is a small crappie because I have a bass, bluegill, and catfish in my koi and goldfish pond. It is a 4000 gallon pond and the bass has ate many goldfish and the catfish sometimes bullies the koi whne I feed them cause he will eat the pellets too. And the bluegill just picks on everything. The crappie just sits the and swims waiting for you to feed him
I remember you saying that you probably wont put any fish into the mini pond, well I had an idea since you're putting native fish in the bigger pond. You can always put feeders in the mini pond for the bass and what not. :)
Another banger from the king! Thanks Carson for making everyone’s day better. Keep up the good work and never give up on your dreams. Wish you all the best
if the waterfall isn't too steep and the water to rough you can end up moving all the minnows and a couple goldfish to the small pond for when you add the natives
Damn, lit video dude was waiting for so long for this video since you setup the pond, cant wait to see the actual fish in, maybe a baby rtc or a gar or tsn maybe a shoft shell or river turtle , and youre growing fast , near to 100k ☺
red tail needs atlist 1500 gallons. shovelnose need a 8ft long pond/pool/aquariam so check how long it is. what ill do is just goldfish and koi , then the inside pond use for a largemouth bas cuz a bass will eat the koi and goldfish
I think some sort of catfish would be cool, especially since they’re a more docile and gentile fish, unlike bass who are a bit more aggressive. I’m not an expert so Idk you probably know more then me but that’s my opinion.
Thanks for watching! What kind of native fish should I catch to put in the pond? ⬇️
Bluegill
Or piranhas would be nice
Bass
Bass
Love the channel
Sun fish
i appreciate that he explains things for people that dont keep fish. Also a lot of is advice helps me take care of my own fish.
hi Carson! I have been watching since 35k and you are the one who inspired me to get a tank. please keep up the good work!!!!
I want to see some action in that pond. To that end, please put a few small Orca Whales, and some small Great White Sharks in the pond. Battle Fish, here we come.
You should put underwater lights in the caves.
Good idea but the fish might like the dark better
The caves are a getaway for the fish when they don't want to be in the light or feel threatened, it needs to be dark
Blue gill, Crappies, Sun Fish! Sounds awesome!! Can't wait to see how that turns out
The pond looks dope
Hey Carson when you catch native fish I wouldn’t recommend bass cause they could hurt the koi or eat the goldfish but some crappies would be sick
I’ve been waiting for this video ever since you started working on the pond! Keep up the great work!
Bluegill and sunfish are definitely going to be a good fish for videos especially when they spawn. I also think it would be very cool to add a trout.
I agree with the sunfish, they are the perfect size, hardy and there are so many cool and interesting species.
The pond looks nice.
How about some plants for this pond Carson.
Man that pound is looking sharp! And my vote would be for the blue guile.

Imagine getting a shoutout from Carson? By the way I love the pond and the fish. Keep up the great work!!!
If you get a catfish, they will eat all the smaller fish.
Yeah
Same with a bass
Found u from the video where u saved the blood parrot (mobi) and then started watching so many of ur vids and not missing any new ones. But when Gobi killed mobi, I felt very sad. Anyways nice vid❤️❤️!
Having a pond and having fish in it is so awesome man can’t wait till the koi
When you are putting in the bigger fish you should make a tank for the minnows
Put in a longear sunfish, they are beautiful and very fun to keep
The time has come
Super exciting Carson!
Right now I have a pet bluegill, black crappie, rock bass and war-mouth all over 8” and they are so cool! I definitely recommend native fish!

Carson I've been following the pond construction and now that u finnished it's epic
Love the pond, just watch out for overstocking.
A pumpkin seed or any blue gill would look great in there…
A redtail cat would be awesome. You'd have to get some BIG native fish tho. Can't wait to see what you choose!
Bass Pro Sponsor this man!
Maybe an alligator gar. That'd be cool, but probably too big lol. Yellow perchs would be eye-catching in color.

This is the best fish channel
Love the channel keep up the good work
I saw your vid on moby and was amazed wd ur dedication, care for our other living creatures we share on this planet. I will support and subscribe to ur channel. Best of everything bro.
It’s crazy how I found you watching you build the pond.
Put cool LEDs in the fish caves and you should add a carp bullhead crappie
Blue gills for sure that would be sick
sunfish! like Carson's radiant personality XD
You are the best!!! Can't wait till your next video
Can’t wait for the main fish to get in the pond.
Love the vids keep doing what you doing 🤝
YES GOOD TO WATCH WITH MY CHETTOS
the blue tea pitcher is the main character on this channel

by the way, how is your flower horn?
It’s lookin great man
A Pumpkin seed would be a great choice
I remember you saying that you probably wont put any fish into the mini pond, well I had an idea since you're putting native fish in the bigger pond. You can always put feeders in the mini pond for the bass and what not. :)
You should put trout in the pond, they would look really cool.

The pond is looking Dope Carson well done on a great pound stay safe out there, Ps i think a sturgeon would look sick in that pound bro.
Yay!
Keep up the good work I so want to build a pond outside for fish I mean i have a pond but needs to be dug out more and it will have water all the time
You should get some black phantom tetras theory look really cool
Is the skimmer different than the filter?
I would really love to see a red tail catfish in the pond.
Are you gonna put any plants like lily pads in the pond?
Bass or catfish looks kinda dope for that
Hey great video Jeffrey, will you be re- decorating your salt water marine tank?
red tail needs atlist 1500 gallons. shovelnose need a 8ft long pond/pool/aquariam so check how long it is. what ill do is just goldfish and koi , then the inside pond use for a largemouth bas cuz a bass will eat the koi and goldfish
awesome video man keep up the great work
Really cool vid loved the fish
You need a pumpkin seed, there my favorite Missouri fish, I'm from Missouri as well
Yes yes , pumpkinseed would be amazing addition to the pond !!!!!!!!!
LETSSS GOOO FINALLY
Love the videos Carson! are you going to the aquashella in Chicago?
I think some sort of catfish would be cool, especially since they’re a more docile and gentile fish, unlike bass who are a bit more aggressive. I’m not an expert so Idk you probably know more then me but that’s my opinion.
Idk why but my other comment isn’t popping up but I was saying how I hope you have a great day and you and all of your pets live long
bass could be bad for the pond cause they could eat the small koi or the rosy reds
I think that’s kinda the plan
Catch a big bass or big crappie for the pond!
Those fish are staying in the pond over the winter?
Great video Carson
Carson is the goat 🐐
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS ....I HAVE BEEN WATCHING ALL OF UR VDEOS IN THIS LOCKDOWN .....NEW SUBCRIBER HERE..
I think you can put a pike in there but it could eat the other fish maybe a small mouth bass, blue gill and perch.
Btw your videos are amazing
Amazing pond! Can you put Redtail catfish in the pond?
I am in love with your channel
you should defiantly get a largemouth bass that would be super cool
A nice slab crappy would be actually insane
