Putin should be remembered as a great leader for times to come. Also he should leave a good successor to lead a future Russia into More Propserity. Russia should make a CPC type party for Russia. Maybe make United Russia like CPC. United Russia (ML) and keep the tech and weapons edge it has by working more with china and both china and russia gaining superiority.
