CEO Kim is such a Boss babe! LIKE WHEEEEEW she really has so many successful businesses in different parts of the industries. She’s also using this show as a way to market and show her creators and artists. Her strict attention to detail and little ways and ideas that make great investments?? So inspiring! Her mind >>>>>
right? I'd love to see and hear more of the business side to things. I know once you establish one business you have the know-how and resources to build on that and invest into another to expand your brand/empire. but no one ever talks about how to do that exactly. it's also always great to see a woman boss/CEO.

Esteem really is a dream environment for an artist. They connect all kinds of art in every way possible. I bet Picasso would love to be in there if he was alive today.
This is real life and it's very interesting to watch. I could feel the drama. I don't know why but the employees' expressions crack me up whenever CEO Kim comes up with ideas. Her employees may find her unreasonable but her vision is very broad. She is a forward thinker and a progressive leader. It's nice to hear her explain her thoughts. It makes you realize that her actions are not unfounded.

I automatically find people who are masters of their craft attractive, man or woman.
CEO Kim’s ability to recognise talent is amazing. She would look at a struggling artist’s drawing and say “in 20 years, they’ll be famous” and she’ll be right.

@@MissGourmandefr i think harmony is not really their goal that's why she got 4 different artist with different styles. Maybe they'll also add more artworks/graffiti in the future.

I always love boss kim episode, cause literaly shes the one that realy do the boss thing, not like boss yang that only i can see how cheap he is and other boss that only show how they live, but im boss kim we realy see what a boss act and other work he do
As I've gotten into this show recently, I noticed ceo kim haven't made an appearance this year 2022 (after looking over the highlights on youtube and checking the full episode). I've been watching for her, her friendships with boss yang and the mcs. Their fun energy rlly developed overtime and these parts are the most entertaining (esp ones that hints at their closeness outside the show eg. ceo kim treating everyone for dinner). Now im only watching for the muscle crew highlights. Hope she makes special appearances here or somewhere else, I love watching her work.

We did a large scale mural project throughout the university's perimeter wall and it was sponsored by a paint company. Students from college of architecture and fine arts participated for the project.
In a business perspective, the company will be able to showcase their products characteristics and potential. The project did really well as it was featured on a lot of articles, whole page front cover of newspapers, and directly made the neighborhood a brighter and safer place.

as a leader...we act harsh and strict for a reason...that doesn't mean we are heartless...CEO KIM shows that side pretty well she also has lot of employees who has been working for her for more then a decade...that means they respect her very much! ...its rare to see CEO on this scale who see everything in details, no wonder she is such a big success...I really enjoy watching her part, so much inspiration and lesson that we can learn in running company, fighting boss Kim!

Frau Kojiro not necessarily. I mean I’m assuming the artist at least had a meeting with each other to make the work more cohesive. There’s money going into that so they won’t just Willy nilly put any artwork up. Besides it still has to be approved by the CEO so there’s no reason it won’t look at least decent.

kinda mad how its edited when boss kim gives criticism to the artworks. its trying to portray her as harsh but thats just how clients and artists work?? theyre doing their jobs and its just drafts for a reason lol. also the whole thing with people putting food down while their discussing is so weird to me like wym “theyll get upset stomachs from boss kim” isnt it just out of basic respect to not eat when someone is talking about something important to u
