Gorenje W7543L Error E6

Gorenje W7543l Error E6
In The end of a washing program, the error E6 appears.
The manual indicate that the water isn't warming.
I tried to change the heater, no succes.
I've meassured the thermistor to 26kOhm at 20 degree water temp and it falls about 6kOhm att 50 degree water, so it should be fine.
Suggestions anyone?

No, the water is not getting hot.
