This place is not lekki, its not just for millionaires, most of those places must have been sold out to silent billionaires and foreign investors including american embassy and davido. It cannot be jampacked like its lekki. Things are going on there underground. It is not a failed city o. Na shallow minded people will say landed properties in a place like that is a failed city

Anywhere Igbos do not go to invest in Nigeria doesn't develop. Some political Capones of Lagos thought if they sandfill the Atlantic Ocean and create plots of land at the Eko Atlantic City, that Igbos will rush in with their money to buy up the place. But rich Igbos went instead to the new capital city, Abuja, to invest. Now Eko Atlantic City has remained a desert since then. Who knows if that's why Tinubu doesn't have love for Igbos 😄😀😆😃🤠
