I don't know if it's just me, but my mind right now feels like a thought after a thought and another thought. I have a lot of things unsaid, waiting to be said, and most of the time forgotten. As time passes by, my heart feels heavier and heavier. I feel like I don't really resolve any of these thoughts in my head and just forget about them. I am having a hard time to get some help as well just because I have trouble of trusting someone. I also feel bad for myself too because I feel like I'm not good enough and I am a bad person. I am also constantly lying to myself and to everyone around me, and here I am, trying to resolve my clouded thoughts by a youtube video. *Sigh*

Writing a journal to write down how you feel can help you sort things out
