Glad you are the next generation and trying but now you got to work within the actual standards. Your depth is way off on squat, you can't bounce it off your chest for bench, and your lockouts are questionable. You just need to tweak a couple things.

push your knees out and your core will get you through that 620 attempt. You're knees buckled as the core isn't strong enough. Second, strengthen your core because you'll be undergoing neurosurgery by 25 if that form keeps up

The guy is plenty strong but I'm not sure any of his heavier squats were deep enough to count in a proper competition.
