Curt wats good bruh??/ I did the workout wit u and the guys in Va. a month or so ago (kat from Tennessee State) I must say having to cover u n seein the work that u put into ur body made me go back into the lab n get right n it really has paid off. I now run a legit 4.4 from 4.7's n 4.6's so shout to ya man.. keep workin hard
go on the track do 600 meter repeats 4 of those one lap of jogging after each one drink water too then do a few 100 meter sprints all on track then next day do 150 meters then 250 meters then 300 meters back to 250 meters and back to 150 meters. then do core cause core helps with speed and do 6 400 meter repeats then a whole day of only 100 meter repeats go up to 15 on that and then do 100 meters 200 meters 400 meters back to 200 meters then back to 100 meters
