The rain ruined this game, it turned into a ugly scrap, at times it was hard to watch. No Tippa, no Hooker and no goals in the second half. The better team won, good luck to the Bulldogs, Essendon have a good team to build on for the next few years. At least we get one more We Are Essington video.

This was a good final for essendon because their defence held up for more than a half of a final. In the first year rutten has made them good enough to even stay in HALF a final. Now they still lost it but the team was projected for bottom 4!
