He called up a radio station talking a bunch of crap about "soulmates", intentionally omitted that he was actively talking to her mom trying to date her mom, got them to call her to harass her, and then after failing to get with her (again while also actively trying to get with her mom) threw in her face he was talking to her mom. He disrespected her, disrespected her mom, lied by omission, and overall acted like a creep.
