Most singers in the Philippines doesn’t have vocal training…😢 coz it’s expensive. What they have is they karaoke most of the time.

Many voices in the Philippines are not trained , it's our passion of singing when with our Friends or family circle bragging what we can do.
The boy in the middle is called Francis, he is 9 at the time. The boy on the left (with the ring on his finger) is Mackie, he is 10 at the time. Then there is Kiefer on the right, he is 11 at the time. ❤❤

it's not just karaoke bars you guys. karaoke bars only got really famous and common for like just a couple of years back. what filipinos have are literally karaoke machines at their homes and that's why a lot of filipinos get to practice their singing because they don't even need to go out. if you visit, a lot of filipino households got their own karaoke lol
They are actually rivals from a singing contest. You know whats funny? It started as a joke, they were once interviewed and the host put them on an on-the-spot performance where they would sing a line whenever the host POints at them. It went viral and they started to sing as a group since then.
9:58 omg experienced it first-hand. i went to the philippines with a filipino friend whose family is still living there and one weekend they had this outdoor karaoke with relatives and other people from the neighborhood and i thought i'm not a bad singer, i've held concerts in the shower so i was feeling pretty show-off-y, but while the adults were drinking and storing liquid courage, the children were having a go and boy! can they sing! children singing beyonce, rihanna and chris brown and they were reaching the notes and doing the runs, i felt like i was watching The Voice. The adults are no different, maybe around 15 people had their turn and 13 can sing like magic. You might guess the talent must run in the family, but no, most of them are unrelated, just neighbors and friends. I'm starting to believe in the conspiracy that there must be something in the Philippine water.
In the philippine they have a tv show for the kids ,singing contest ,and they joint ,but if you fail need to practice well, and everybody's could sing on caraoke..to practice the voice.
Another Filipino kid then, who is worth checking out is Ella Nympha on Steve Harvey' Little Big Stars. She sang Sia's " Chandelier". Oh boy, whar a surprise for everyone including Steve when she hits those high notes. Again worth your time to watch. The TNT Boys also were a guest in Little Big Stars US and UK.
You absolutely need to see their USA Wish Bus performance of their original song Together We Fly. It's epic. You will surely get super-stoked.
They are actually in the same batch as Dimash in The World’s Best! They’ve become even better as they grew up. They have a better version of this already! The harmonies are even smoother. I don’t know anymore how to describe them but as musicians, I’m sure you’ll understand when I say that my stank face is always on during that performance. It’s that good! I hope they get more opportunities now though. It was hard during the pandemic since they were minors.
Karaoke was invented by a Filipino man. Every home in the Philippines owns a karaoke machine. This prepares people at a young age.

The winner in the talent show that they participated in was not included in the group. They had an impromptu thing on another show were they were chosen to sing "Listen" to make it appear that they were quarelling while singing.
Promise you won't quit ever. You cheer up the day so much. You guys educate and crack me up at the same time...and yes, don't stop reacting to Filipino singers. It's going to make your day brighter for sure!

They are the finalist in Tawag ng Tanghalan a talent show. Yes they are not even the winners!!! They were a guest in a show Gandang Gabi Vice where they sing their hearts out to Listen!!! 👍🙏🤩 They are teens now and still talented as ever! 😁
I sincerely hope more Filipinos appreciate and support local talents as much as you do. Unfortunately many of our kababayans still feel that foreign artists are better than our local ones. Fan of tntboys. Their show abroad to stardom stopped due to pandemic because they were literally kids at time.
The boys were contestants in Tawag Ng Tanghalan--the Call of the Theater in English (TNT). After the show was over and winners were declared, 4 of them were invited to a show. One, the champion, didn't make it to the show but the 3 did. The host challenged them to sing and they were so good together so the TNT Boys were formed. Imagine if the champion made it to the show!!
If I remember correctly, all four of them including the champion were able to be on the show (called Gandang Gabi Vice). Unfortunately though, the champion is not in the best state (I think he had sore throat or a slight cold), so when Vice Ganda (the host) challenged them to do at impromptu sing off, only the three boys were able to participate, and they did it brilliantly. That clip went *viral*, and that's how TNT boys started.

Vice Ganda a celebrity invited them to her show. The kids were the top contestants of a nationally televised show. She than continued to challenged the 3 to “fight” each other vocally. To argue to one another by song. That song was “Listen” by Beyounce. PLEASE REACT TO THAT VIDEO! ITS EPIC!

Singing competition in the Philippines are everywhere. And 70% to 90% of Filipinos can really sing. Singing in the Philippines is part of culture and a way of life everyday. The TNT Boys joined the WORLD'S BEST contest before the pandemic. You may check out their performance of AND I AM TELLING YOU, for me that was one of their amazing performances. 💯
They struggle with changing voices as they gone through puberty. Belting high notes is quite challenging to them, but with the help of doing voice lessons and learning techniques they manage to get by. They’re still active in their singing career. The latest song I listen was “The Climb” which they sang beautifully.

In the Phil aside of having karaoke everywhere every parties theres a lot of singing contest local, national in different categories kids, teens, adults. Starts singing at an early age. After winning in a national competition they were sent to compete international. Singing contest is the training field of most professional singers here. Try to watch Philippine Kids Nailing English Songs ( The Voice Kids). Darren is one of them.

They compete in a singing contest in the Philippines they are all the runner-ups. They were discovered as a trio when they were on a guest on a some tv show accidentally the tv host asked them to sing listen battling and boom they got their group and became famous.
Even at schools we have talent shows. Every month there are celebrations and you have to perform whether you have talent or not coz there will be extra points for grades 😅
I am an A'TIN but these babies are the first boy group that I've idolize. They are just hitting puberty and you know what happen next. They are still individually active though and focused more on their studies. I love these babies so much specially Keifer. Thank you for this vid guys:)

The TNT Boys sang their way out of poverty. The one in the middle, Francis, once went three days with no food and only water to drink because his family didn't have any money to buy groceries. They are an inspiration!!

4th Impact are four Filipina sisters that grew up in poverty. There are pictures of them as children singing for money in nasty rooster fighting arenas in the slums they lived in. They always dreamed of singing their family into a better life. That is why we are called Dreamers!!

Angelica Hale is a Filipino/American from Atlanta Georgia. At 4 years old she contracted double pneumonia that led to sepsis, a blood infection, which led to massive organ failure. She was placed in a coma on total life support for months. Her life was saved by a kidney transplant from her mother.
Dispite the scarring in her lungs she sings like an angel. At 9 years old she got a Golden Buzzer on America's Got Talent and finished runner up. She got her second Golden Buzzer on AGT Champions at 11 years old. The only singer to ever get 2 AGT Golden Buzzers!! She then appeared in the TNT Boys North American tour!!!
She is the child spokesperson for the National Kidney Fountain and the Sepsis Alliance and has helped raise literally hundreds of millions of dollars for children's charities such as the Make a Wish Foundation and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She has over 3 million RUclips subscribers!!!

By the way, I hope you guys have been advised to bring lightweight and light-colored clothing when you go to the Philippines. If you’re going in March it’s the start of summer there so hot and humid will be the norm weather-wise. If you have any handheld battery operated or rechargeable fans, bring them too. Bring extra face masks, not just because of COVID but the pollution. Drink lots of (bottled) water while you’re there to avoid dehydration (you’ll likely sweat a lot. Again, hot and humid). Try to bring a small face towel with you (did I forget to mention it gets hot and humid and STICKY?), especially if you’ll be outside air-conditioned areas.
Pre-pandemic, I used to go to Manila every year in December to spend the holidays with my mom. I’d get there, take a (lukewarm, nearly cold) shower and sometimes not want to get out of the shower coz I could already start to feel the sweat forming. And that was during one of the cooler months of the year there!

Please check their performance of Bang Bang in Your Face Sound Familiar Show in the Phils. Theyre a bomb, theyre versatile & talented. Btw they won the grand prize in that competion.

Finally!! I told you so. This trio's harmony was on par with SB19's & their skills/techniques was awesome you wouldn't believe they're just kids ages 10, 11, 12 (during this time) & good thing they didn't lose it even puberty but rather solidify/mastered those skills & techniques. Just recently Kiefer (whistle kid) had a solo event & he called up Francis & Mackie to go up on stage & they sang impromptu. Kiefer can still whistle, Mackie mastered his runs & Francis's vocals still powerful as ever. Check out their "And I'am Telling You" performance at The World's Best (Kiefer's 3 octave whistle) & Beyonce's Listen on the Little Big Shot (USA, UK, Australia) & their single "Together We Fly" performance at the Wish USA Bus. Their Bang Bang Live performance is a must watch too where they dressed & wear prosthetic make-up to looked exactly like the artist(s) that they're covering on Your Looks Sounds Familiar Philippines.

They were all finalist in a noon time show singing contest, then they guested in a comedy show of Vice Ganda a renowned comedy host, He let them do a showdown singing listen with a different attitude or like acting up the lyrics, that was when they see a potential to form them as a group

The scenario was, the host told them if they want to become an actor and they said yes, so the host told them to act by singing Listen while pointing at them which line of the song they would sing and project. the scene is school bullying, they will sing the song as if they are battling among them, there is one being bullied, the one bullying and the other is defending the one being bullied. just check *GGV: TNT LISTEN

They came from a very competitive daily singing contest for kids. At this time they were 8, 9 and 10 years old. These boys have performed in London and USA. They have had concerts in LA and San Francisco.
They're now teenagers with deep voices and perform together every now and then but they are no longer under the same management.
They were 11, 12 and 13 here

The raw talents are there but there are composers with formal education who scout for these talents.
