@@christiantanso7679 Lol no it was not… One of the best whiskey experiences Ive have had in some years. I’ve had JD 2021 BP Rye, All the KO ryes, M10, Michter’s BP, Stellum Black, blah blah blah…. THH still my favorite, so yeah it was worth it lol
Drew Mayville Master Blender at Buffalo Trace (Sazerac) since 2004 and previously with Seagrams for 23 years. Thank you for creating these and other great Buffalo Trace/Sazerac products!
you prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost the account password. I love any assistance you can offer me!
@Tadeo Elias Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
On the one hand, great video. Informative, well presented, etc. On the other, this is just horrible to watch someone else drink all these whiskeys that I will probably never even get to taste. 😀
Putting aside the additional yield, why for the 18yr Sazerac Rye are you proofing down to 90? Don't you find ryes - especially aged - are so much better at a higher proof (at minimum 100)?
I started watching but stopped with the eagle rare 17. This whisky is not available. I love buffalo trace products. Blanton’s, eagle rare and buffalo trace is all I can get. At least here in the south.
you can get it.....for about 1500.00 a bottle . love buffalo trace products ,im in the deep south and if i can find a bottle a year i consider myself lucky.
I remember buying BTAC releases for $80.00 a bottle. I still have an unopened 2012 George T. Stagg in my liquor cabinet that I bought for that. William Larue Weller is my personal favorite, but all are excellent. I will be glad to see the herds of idiots move on to whatever the next big thing is. Those of us who have been enjoying bourbon for 40 years want some sanity to return to the market.
Thank you for these added details. I’d love to see a documentary on how all these came to be, names, barrel picks etc. Can I have some William Larue Weller?
And any of these bourbons with a suggested retail price of $99.99 can be yours... for $500 to $1,800 per bottle. Who are these videos even for? You have to search high and low or be on several lists and even when you do it it's unaffordable. I know that's not your problem or your fault per se, but it sure as hell is someone's fault.
Great video....Very interesting! Thanks!
Recently found a Thomas H. Handy for $200. Beyond ecstatic! Holy Grail find for me
That's way too much for a 6 year old whiskey.... But hey, your money.

@@the_snicklefritz I'll take BH 7 and M10 Rye ANY day of the week.
It’s almost torture to watch this! As a newbie to bourbon I will likely never get the pleasure to try these! Cheers fellas! I’m truly jealous

I love the explanation and history for all of these! I’d love to find any of these but think that would be a real challenge!
