it can't be brain stew because that song's beginning is a whole step higher than what Tom played, and the first notes of brain stew sound like power chords to me, final answer Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne
Good sleuthing skills there man, I think it might be crazy train too. But he plays as an upstroke, downstroke which is kinda weird, as oppose to two downstrokes, and the tempo is different. Yeah the tempo is like brain stew but the notes correlate with crazy train. A tricky one indeed.
@@RisingSun96 I think that might be due to Tom's muscle memory, and also it's going to be difficult to keep the same bpm without listening to it first or at least a couple times for me
Tom, as one of my absolute favorite guitarists, I do believe do to the fact a 1000 songs start that way, you are playing with your fanbase to see what answers they give. Maybe I'm wrong but you are obviously a thinker so I may not be entirely off. Lol
Turn that shit up ‘ Funny story. Had a maze who loved Guerilla Radio back in the day. He introduced me to Rage by playing it in his car I was during in the bush cos he was pissed. He wanted me to drive fast to it so I did. Sandy four wheel drive track. It nearly ended badly and I’ve been a Rage fan every since.
Could be crazy train, but the uppicking on the second note doesn't sound like crazy train. I could be wrong but I believe the first two notes are down picks on crazy train. At least it sounds like it. I feel like it sounds closer to meant to live by switchfoot, but I doubt Tom would play that hahaha.
@@azevedo666 I mean, most likely it was crazy train, but it doesn't sound like the way crazy train is played, but we are talking about two notes hahaha.
Y'all say crazy train but that's faster in the beginning, so it can't be, also crazy train is higher, unless the sound is coming through my speakers weird, besides he could have his guitar tuned differently and be playing brain stew lower just to mess with us
Crazy Train!
Gotta be eh.
Can't be. What he played is a whole step down from crazy train
@@chrisbauman2562 oh…. Errrr…. Next guess…. Crazy Train a whole tone down?
Yeh, It sounded like it but I don't know...

@@guywholovesmusic4611it can’t be bulls bc it starts with an octave. This is unison.
My first thought was Brain Stew by Green Day, I’m probably off tho 😅
It must be Green day

Not green day, because brain stew doesn’t start on the third fret
Brain Stew - Green Day
It’s an octave lower
Toms playing too low for brain stew
Yeah, must be 'Green Day - Brain Stew'.
Nope, he played F# green day starts with A5
I’m having trouble tryna sleep
Nope brain stew is in e flat tuning and starts on the 5th fret while crazy train which is he playing starts on the 2nd fret in standard tuning
