Probably a 3, the trick with stretchy fabric is to not pull while sewing. And do some tests for stitch length/tension. It really isn't that hard, go for it :)
If you have a serger it will be super simple to sew, cutting the fabric will take a lot of time just because it would require a stretch fabric which can get fussy when laying out on the cutting table. Good tip is if the pattern requires the fabric to be folded just print it twice so you would have a full size pattern, and it looks like the front and back mirror each other so two rectangular pieces of fabric pinned right sides together then the pattern can be marked and cut in one go and sewn as it would also be pinned together already.
