Wenzel Fuchs used to play Hammerschmidt clarinets. He changed to Wurlitzer when he got his job in Berlin.

Thank you veru much for the information, Philip - I am so amazed you were able to find out about it. I am partial to the Wurlitzers, esp. the Herbert Wurlitzer clarinets which - I believe - Sabine Meyer is also playing.
