What's scary is that he didn't even die so it will end like tag 2 scene with her screaming for her life as he approaches her as she sits in the ground, R.I.P ASUKA Onee sama
The fact that each character was given unique lines for every stage insanely added a lot of replay value to the game on top of getting free loot. Definitely worth its weight in content alone
They weren't always unique, but it was worth it to play just to find those nuggets in each character's playthrough. I think you can find them all online at this point though.
Idk why so many people hated this. It was hella fun, especially playing it as a kid back then. Gives me nostalgia. I really hope they bring this back in TK8. I'd be happy to play it again.
It was promoted as the main mode of Tekken 6 and forced Lars and Alisa into the roles of main protagonists over more established favorites. Gameplay-wise, it's fine, if not somewhat tedious.
When I played this mode back then it was never boring. I always had fun with this. Everytime when I played with someone, then I always tried from stage 1 to stage 10 on medium and later on hard to go through and it was really tough. This mode was amazing. I would still play it to this day. People who say this mode sucks ,they have no taste whatsoever. Look at tekken 7 now. Forget about this mode you don't even the normal offline stuff like team battle.
Among Tekken fans there are a few camps. There are the people who care about NOTHING other than a characters movelist and wouldn't mind a limited version of taken that caters to 1vs 1 fights only. (Which is why Tekken 7 is so lackluster.) Namco listened to only those fans during the game's development. However, there is another group of Tekken fans who want not just the 1vs1 fights but also all of the other content too such as Tekken Force/Scenario Campaign, Tekken Bowling, Character Customization, Jukebox, Combot Tuning, Tekken Tunes, Team Battle, Survival Battle, etc. Hopefully Namco listens to more of their fans and put the other good stuff back into the next Tekken. With an improved character customization mode.
The Scenario Campaign was so good about giving little tidbits of lore that fleshed out the characters and world of Tekken. It’s the only time we’ve ever seen Dragunov speak, iirc.
if a lot of fans request it and share this video with Bandai Namco and Harada and the devs, it could more likely happen like how fan requests influenced Tekken Bowl to happen in Tekken 7 (paid DLC but still worth it). Tekken series should stick with Tekken 6's co-op scenario campaign formula instead of copying MK9 story mode style.
My favourite dialogue to this day is when on Kuma's stage Leo says "Wow, the Mishimas are so unpredictable" when Alisa said he was a CEO candidate for Mishima Zaibatsu lol
The scenario campaign had so much replay value. Every character had unique dialogue in every level. It was a whole new experience every time. God, I miss this level of effort in fighting game content outside of a reliable online.
With the Devil Gene still being around in Tekken 7 and Zafina harboring Azazel within herself, Jin essentially did more damage to the world than Kazuya and Heihachi combined for absolutely nothing.
This is such a cool concept, I grew up with Tekken 6 PSP but never knew mode like this exist. It's like playing a beat em up game but with Tekken characters!
Tekken Force was always one of the best single player modes in the Tekken series, but Scenario Campaign definitely perfected the formula. What I love most about it is the fact that you can finally assign hotkeys to a couple of the shoulder buttons (e.g., L1 = LP+RP and R1 = LK+RK) while still being able to change your target quickly. I'll never forget spending most of my summer vacation in 2015 farming for lots of customization items for as many characters as I could. If Tekken 8 were to feature a game mode similar to this with local and online multiplayer, that would be nothing short of fantastic.
It is NOT an easy thing to go back to, especially when you're fighting Nina on top of a train, after going through many waves of foes, before falling off and having to try all over again. The dialogues are funny like Xiaoyu accusing Asuka of stealing Jin or Kazuya looking down on his old rival Paul.
Yea i praised this to high heavens in one of your previous videos. I'm in fact still playing T6 for this very mode even today! It's so fun and elaborate you can spend years in perfecting this mode with every character. A beat'em up with Tekken's full fighting game mechanic! That's just gold. You guys just have yourselfs to blame for no single player options in modern iterations. They gave you the most ambitious Tekken Force Mode ever and nobody appreciated it. I just wish you would have done some combos here and there to showcase that every character you pick has it's entire repertoire available in this mode. You can wallcarry to wall combos, you can wallcarry into ring-outs, you have your CH properties.... everything is here, ready to be used for fun against NPC mobs
Also interesting to note: the outfits you unlock are not just for stat buffs. Some of them have cool abilities such as giving you 2 bounds for your combos. This mode is an endless pit of technical possibilities
@@anabstractworld I agree this mode is very fun to play, my only issue is that there's no way to transfer or alter stats though. If you want to be strong you have no choice but to wear random clothes making you like a moron with no fashion sense lmao. Other than that, best Tekken Force mode ever made period👌
It's a common misconception that Dragunov can't speak, he actually can, but he chooses not to. I hope if he gets a Russian voice actor, because what's the point of having a Russian character if they don't even speak Russian... Edit: I also hope T8's story is like this, and they would be able to make animated cutscenes when characters interact opposed to dialogue, and the boss fights would be T7 style.
Scenario Campaign was REALLY good. We had unique and interesting interactions between the characters, fun gameplay, and the fight money that you got was actually useful, since Tekken 6 had loads of cool customizations pieces to unlock and they were quite expansive. This mode was ten times better than Tekken 7's story mode.
Man the memories on this. Playing with people online trying to get those rare drops, having an outfit that looked really weird but had all the buffs on, the song that played once in a trailer and only again when you walked up to azazels chamber. Bring this back to t8 please, we need more offline content again to kick back and relax with.
I love that you posted this! This is the most fun thing ever on T6. I put sooooo many hours into this! The levels were interesting and all the dialogue too. I learned a lot and got so into the lore of each character. Best mode Tekken ever had. Plz bring this back 🙏 Also I mained Dragunov and my jaw dropped when he actually spoke 😲
Most importantly get yourself high damage and health stats. At the start put the minigun in the middle of the stage, until Devil Jin appears your goal is to survive. I always prefer going onto the open part of the stage, there are bigger chickens so more health. Once DJ appears, and you're in the open part, get the gun, wait until the gryphons start running towards you, get Alisa/Lars to fight them and you must run to the back of the open side of the stage (but don't wait for too long, go to your position the moment they start running towards you). Wait until DJ starts getting closer to you and then use the gun to throw him off the stage.
It is tough. I used Dragunov and if I ever got overrun with enemies, I'd either use his reversal or attempt a throw to give myself some breathing room before striking again. When Devil Jin arrives, just shoot him off of the train for an easy kill.
The fun mode that nobody played. I never came close to beating the Nightmare Train stage, those demons do so much fucking damage. It's probably easy if *all* your gear is S rank.
Once you survive the demon gargoyle things you can cheese Devil Jin with a launch and he falls off the train and it takes all of his health. Took me forever to beat but SC was the best mode on Tekken imo so much fun
This is why we need Tekken and Yakuza crossover. Tone of both series is identical!! Both are cgi anime ;3 that mixes realism with anime ridiculousness.
I've got mixed feelings on the Scenario campaign . One one hand , it lets you play as the whole roster (plus a giant robot) , it has some great character interactions, diverse scenery in the levels and it can be really fun at times. On the other hand though, the game is really really clunky . Moving characters around feels stiff and awkward, while the camera and targeting system frequently leave you open to attacks or just straight up death . Also, while the campaigns character interactions are fun, the actual story isn't all that compelling . On the whole I'd call it a mixed bag- its pretty good , but there are a lot of factors that stop it from being great . I'd love to see a better, spiritual successor to this in Tekken 8 .
@@Catwithnunchucks i worded it wrong i mean, if they do include it in tekken 8 i mean it will obviously be improved from all of its original issues so it’ll be way better i mean

Harada absolutely fucked the story... and yet again, despite her role/power. Zafina still isn't an important character in the story.
Jin just followed his devil rather than controlled it.
Damn right. Yet Jin is acting like its nothing. This man is a complete ass. Probably more than his evil old men.
Because Jin *actually* was villainous in Tekken 6. Curse of Mishimas. Though Jin was an anti-villain for his extreme methods of well-intentioned goal.
