Mr.Seth now that it is 2019, is "Pro Title USA" the only title search company that you have used in all of your experience? If not please share what other title companies that you have used. I am not brand new to the game, but I would like to know what you have used in the past, so I don't make the same mistakes. To anyone else reading this post you may answer as well if you have skin in the game and have used other title search companies.
So how is this protitleusa.com site better than you physically doing it at the county records? Other than you don't have to physically go do it yourself..
That's pretty much it. It's the convenience you're paying for - having one place that can do the job everywhere, rather than having to do all the manual gathering yourself.

$200 bucks to research 🧐 1 property. Imagine researching 100 properties all of which you may not even buy. That’s 20k before you even decide to buy.
