The Tibetan Camp serve as a beacon of hope to refugees around the world and it shows that no matter how bad your situation, displacement or government-ill-treatment, you can always find another country to host you and then it will be up to you to make that country your home as seen in this video. Your parents were old landlords in Tibet. They did not suffer from the time they were born until they left Tibet. Congratulations on becoming an Indian.
As far as I know, there were 1.3 million Tibetans in Tibet at that time, and 80,000 to 100,000 followed the Dalai Lama to India in 1959-1960. These people were officials of the Tibetan local government, serfs and landlords, powerful families, and some monks. They controlled all the resources in Tibet and were the vested interest groups of the regime at that time. They did not want to carry out land reform, so they had differences with the central government and armed conflicts occurred. Now there are more than 3 million Tibetans in Tibet. I don't think they want to become your slaves again. As Indian citizens, you should build India well and don't interfere in Tibet. Tibet no longer belongs to you.
Tibet lost it's freedom because of Jawahar Nehru. He supplied rice and diesel to starving Chinese Military while they were invading Tibet. Tibet (Trivishtak) used to be part of Bharat during the reign of Hindu king in Kashmir.

Ethnic Tibetans spread into many countries and not just in China. India has a sizeable population of Tibetans dating back centuries. All neighbouring countries like Bhutan, Nepal and Mongolia all have indigenous Tibetans. In China about half of the Tibetans do not live in Tibet.

Can you say how much indian refugees get this life in any other country. Our own local poor people living horrible life in our state karnataka
You r doing wrong dear, spirituality is beyond interviewing, had you ever been involved you by those monks , in their daily spiritual domain practically ? , absolutely No, I'm sure..
As far as I know food is prepared by the monks themselves. Everyone is allocated for all the task/activities (cleaning, cooking, washing ). What they eat in the breakfast is Tibetan bread with tea and butter or fried potatoes, lunch is usually rice, dal n veg, dinner is mostly thukpa( Tibetan handmade noodles )

Illegally? The UN didn't think so. On the other hand, many parts of India were just stolen by the Brits. That's illegal. And it's illegal to keep stolen property.
The place was forest when Tibetan came in 1963 and lived in tents, bamboo and mud huts. What structure you see is about 20 years old. Majority of monks in Tibetan monasteries are not Tibetans but Indian, Nepalese, Bhutanese, Mongolian, Russians etc who follow Tibetan Buddhism. In the begining most monks were Tibetan but now majority are not as China doesn't allow Tibetans from Tibet. Lama is something like a professor so only small percentage (5%)of monks become Lama.
@@tseringdolker9706 its true , Most of the young monks are from remote part of India and nepal bordering tibet , those people are tibetic and are also buddhist. So thats why they looks more tibetan but they are Indians and Nepalese;

That is excellent. These displaced tibetans can make this place their permanent home. Why are they still worrying that they have no place to stay? For sure they will never be asked to leave. Just carry on with life. They have all the amenities which a modern society possess. It is ok. Be satisfied. As the population increases and out of sympathy the Indian govt. may allot more lands for the tibetan needs such as more land for farming, more infrastrutures such as roads, clinics, etc

Dont call tibetans as refugees, they are our brother and sisters. We dharmik people of india have very high regard for his holiness Dalai lama. I have also met him once in dharamshala. I was there for Vipassana course. Buddha is the fountain of knowledge and as a man of dharma i m blessed that we have such a great culture of acceptance and self-growth. Its all about learning from the teachings of great masters, whether its sanatan guru, sikh guru, buddhist monk, jain monk or any spiritualist who believes in the universal principles of coexistence and harmony. I wd want our government to give indian citizenship to tibetans but we must never forget that world is highly uncertain and anytime anything can happen. Recently USA has passed a bill on tibet. As the usa china rivalry grows , tibet issue will become a melting pot. And as indian i want our govt to do all it can to restore tibet back to our tibetan brothers. When H H The 14 th Dalai Lama flee to India many Tibetan’s left Tibet n flee to India. Chinese government killing n torture thousands of Tibetan’s peoples 🥲🥲 . We lost our country Tibet.
Thank you India for Support Tibetan’s 🙏. My parents generation they been through hell , many difficulties . Problems of language , Weather, Water , no home etc😢. They sleep many years in Tents n making roads. I remember when I was young my house roof is leaking. We have pots everywhere. Now we are the 2generations all ours parents wants is educated the children’s so they can service in this cruel WORLD 🌎. Since the time is flying fast we had to move on with the 21 century. We work hard what we have but we are till empty because we are not citizens peoples we are refugees. Wish n pray many Countries will Support for our freedom of Tibet 🙏. Chinese government recently close our Tibetan’s SCHOOL 🥲🥲🥲. #humanrights #freetibet #humanity🙏🙏🙏
I am in awe of the Tibetan refugees for turning the small piece of land allocated to them by the Indian government to what it has become.
@@fafamu-d3w, chinese bots, even the AI has better information with evidence, dont trust your government's AI though
These are the descendants of the rich's lackeys and thugs. It was the poor people in Tibet who drove these vampires away.

Fascinating info, thanks for liking the video and please bring friends to the channel
Please kindly explain with full knowledge on Tibetan and Tibetan monasteries. Only by taking beautiful videos with wrong information is not right..
I did interview the Tibetan student inside the temple and yes a lot of information was gathered from Tibetan monks
What about sikkim Buddhists discriminating against minorities?
Whatever he showered more than that they are living good life. They are very lucky india gave them land rhat also more than 3000 acres of with thier own religion life.
Wow, you seem to have a plethora of information about Tibetans, are you Tibetan too? Thanks a lot for watching, stay connected and please bearing friends to the channel
Wow amazing video Charlie! Love to see this! Keep exploring and enjoying 🙏❤️🙏

Tibetans are also Indians now. Since China illegally annexed Tibet.

Illegally? The UN didn't think so. On the other hand, many parts of India were just stolen by the Brits. That's illegal. And it's illegal to keep stolen property.
@@ÆßV yes 100% illegally Occupied by China. In near future Tibetans will get back their own country back.

No. Why should we give asylum to everyone
Tibetan are more closer to india as culturally not with china. So we indian fully support Tibetan free movement.
Thanks India for giving Tibetans a home. Thanks once again for liking the video, please share and bring friends to subscribe ❤️
@@tseringdolker9706 its true , Most of the young monks are from remote part of India and nepal bordering tibet , those people are tibetic and are also buddhist. So thats why they looks more tibetan but they are Indians and Nepalese;

@@moomullermoothomas6336😂😂 now atleast see those monks in the video they all are from Tibet.. till 2008 ( protest in tibet ) tibetan kids are coming but after 2008 . chinese army closed the border and more cctv and more border guards then before. those who came from tibet around year 2008 they are still young .. OK 😂😂😂 it doesn't matter if the monks from himalaya regions and Indians buddhist are coming to learn in tibetan monastery because our tibetan great masters in seventh century they went to India and study in nalanda University. so if you still thinking why others are coming then my advice to you send your son 😂😂😂.. yes or no ... 😂😂 jokes a part before 1959 himalayan peoples are coming to tibet and study in tibetan monastery.... its not new its still going on which is good.
@@tseringdolker9706 I think the main reason is the internet , people in Tibet can see how poor India is and living standard in China is rising , thats why they dont to move to India anymore.
May the Tibetan have all rights on the ground. It's spreading to Germany already, that it would not be a ground for us human beings.

They seem to be doing very well for themselves and live in peace and harmony and for that we must thank the Indian government. Thanks for liking the video, please share, bring friends and help the channel reach 10,000 subscribers!
You are right, they should stay in India forever and the Indian government should give them Indian citizenship rights and nationality
These are refugee camps, do you know what that means??? Have some sense, Camps are not for permanent purpose.
The evil Indians just want to use them to invade China. It's wishful thinking to let them live a happy life.

Tibetan culture is a great ancient heritage and it must be preserved. Surprised to see this beautiful settlement down south. Thanks for the video

Well legally Buddhism is a different religion at all but in rural India. The Buddha is also the god of Hindus. The Hindu religion sees Sikhism and Buddhism as indifferent to us. That's how a nation and religion should be all inclusive.
