Some of these robots are not programmed to say anything at all or are even scripted. These robots are created to think the same way as humans do meaning they can problem solve, come up with their own ideas or anything that an actual human could do. They were made to resemble a brain similar to a humans however since they are robots they do not need to learn the same way we do, they already know everything they would need since they are connected to the internet which gives an extreme advantage.
