Naobito zenin is basically just an elite grade 1 not a special grade, probably since he's from the zenin clan and currently the clan head, they get fancier titles to differentiate between sorcerers and sorcerers from one of the 3 major clans. Naobito is maki's and mai's and toji's uncle. By the way the guy who's with panda, kusakabe is a grade 1 sorcerer and the 2nd year teacher of the tokyo jujutsu tech, he was in the movie.

Just a little breakdown, simple domain isn't an actual curse technique, it's a barrier technique, and we know from season 1 when gojo was teaching yuji that sorcerers can learn simple shikigami and barrier techniques aside from their innate cursed technique they're born with. So simple domain is a barrier technique, like a veil, but just a different style. Simple domain acts as a counter to domain expansion in that it allows you to neutralize the opponent's domain's cursed technique so that you won't get damaged by it as much, but it doesn't have a 100% success rate because at the end of the day, simple domains is used mainly to buy time, that's why its considered, "domain for the weak", The only true way to properly counter a domain is if you have one of your own, and if yours is more powerful than the other.
A simple domain's job is to create another territory inside a domain expansion, that territory temporarily negates the sure hit effect of domain's technique and gives the sorcerer a little window to counter. The Simple domain was created by Ashiya because in the heian period there were alot of strong sorcerers with domain expansions and he needed to find a way to protect his students during their missions. He developed the simple domain technique for this purpose but it can be applied in several other ways apart from it being a temporary counter to domain expansion as seen by the blue haired girl and we'll also see it from other characters as the show progresses. A binding vow was made by members of the Ashiya clan that prevented them from leaking the technique but as time passed and other sorcerers saw the technique in action they copied it and refined its usage also.
Theres only three people that have heavenly pact, toji, maki and mechamaru, and the scar isn't a brand of a heavenly pact. With toji, this isn't a spoiler since they never revealed this in the manga but the author said it in an interview that since toji was hated by the zenin clan, he was thrown into a room filled with cursed spirits at the zenin manor/hq and as a result, got the scar on his mouth. Also, utahime doesn't have a heavenly pact, she just happens to have a scar and never got revealed why, so people just presume she got it in a mission along the way
19:00 yeah basically the nail thing would have the preset conditions of the veil (i.e. cutting off signal and not allowing regular people to leave) so they can just give it to someone else to cast it, just like the “Hanger Rack guy” in S1 when they invaded the school.
The author said almost all sorcerers have scars besides Gojo so it's not too important to assign meaning to most of them. Also Ino (the dude with Megumi) said you can only add effects to things with cursed energy, like people(everyone has ce), cursed spirits, and cursed objects/tools, Toji also says this is why he can walk through any barrier without detection/resistance due to him having 0 ce
actually mechamaru couldn't say anything to anyone because of the pact and by the time the pact was fulfilled , geto had the veil on.....he couldn't communicate.
