Lexi, April seemed like a crazy month for many releases hitting the wallet hard 😆. And I haven’t purchased the Chanel powder blushes & Dior blushes yet. The Byredo palette, Addiction Tokyo, Suqqu, Guerlain lippies, Dior Glow highlighters were products that come to mind for April. Too many products to list. I hope it slows down in May 😆. I don’t know how you keep everything straight and organized. Thank you for the April summary & congrats on hitting 14k (you should be way more)!! 😊🌺
I don’t get what the deal is with so many pinks leaning peach. Because my undertones are SO cool, the slightest hint of peach in a pink turns orange on me. I have to be so careful. I’m even concerned about the Tom Ford 34 Rose Irise. Do you think it is cool enough for me? I’m also wondering about the three lipsticks and blush in the Cafe Rose collection. I’m guessing they are all too warm for me. Ugh. But the big win for me is the TF Architecture Foundation. Love the coverage, the finish, and the wear time.
I'm so glad the foundation is working well for you! As for rose irise, i think it would work for you but it would appear more neutral than cool on your skin.

Thanks for the update! I was curious as to whether the Dior lip addicts matched each of the new shades. Would you say that that is the case? Nude mitzah seems very similar to the bronze glow shade, which is why I’m asking! Obviously 391 matches with pink lilac, but is 616 the lipstick version of bronzed glow, and what is the shade for poppy coral? To me, the bronzer glow shade looks warmer than 616, but that could just be a difference between the formulas?? I’m asking because the lip glow balms wouldn’t look very different on my skin tone lol. P.S.: All of the new products are now available on the US Dior site!
They aren't exact matches but definitely close enough imo. The Dolce Vita is probably closest to the poppy shade. The bronzed glow has a touch more red in it than the 616 but it is the closest. Thanks for the heads up!
I’m dying to use my new Byredo palette but I have a virus working its way through my body and my eyes are a lovely shade of red. I’m also eager to pick up the Chanel eyeshadows and I need a SA because the website lags so far behind and often by the time the limited edition make it to the website they are sold out. I really detest the Chanel release schedule.

Wow. I don't love the new pillow talk lipstick bc it is barbier, cooler than i wanted - missing that peach..i feel like there is a very small demography really rocking this shade. And i must add that it looks better on camera, than in person
Viseart because there are more options and I love the viseart formula in general. My review on that is coming up next. Hopefully tomorrow if I can find time to edit tonight.
@@LexiJong I'm really looking forward to it. I bought the new palettes last year and they were my go tos for fall and winter. One of the things I like about the new palette is the way they've laid it out. One half swings purple and one swings neutral. You can mix them up if you want to play, but there are reliable looks you can get in a hurry. And I always am.

Very random question, not related to any of the products you talked about… BUT, the Suqqu melting powder blushes… With your complexion (and mine) would you bother picking up Shades 05 Yawasora, 06 Yuubae, and 101 Hoteriiro? These are the ones still available, but I wondered if these wouldn’t be just too orange or yellow for us? I have some of the MPB, and the formula is incredibly beautiful, although they mostly lean warm, and the couple of true pink or lilac shades are definitely sold out. TIA 🥰
With fair cool complexion I would probably only consider 06. It's an electric orange but buildable, so easy to work with even for fair skin. It's coral orange, more on the red-orange side. Closest match I found is Surratt Peau de Peche. I'm fair neutral and love it for summer. I didn't pick up 05 because it's yellow-orange. 101 is almost same base colour as 06 but has a metalic finish. If you like glowy blush, than this might be a summer winner for you. Personally, I'm not a fan of 101. Hope this helps :)
Thank you! Honestly, those shades aren't really worth it. I agree with Monika that 6 would work but if you aren't loving the shades, take a look at the Addiction Tokyo blushes if you are in the US.

Byredo is one of my favourite ever, I watched your (and Alicia A's) review before buying, thank you. It's my first Byredo. I like the original Pillow Talk but in Matte Revolution formula. Otherwise no CT lipsticks for me. It really is like '-my-lips-but-better' shade and doesn't feel like a matte.. My local dept. store closed down, but if I can track one down, I'd like the Blanc Pearl singe eyeshadow. Thank you for your consistent hard work. I appreciate how much work goes into all of this content.

Thanks Lexi, Byredo Mineralscapes palette is in my top 5 for 2024 and nothing will displace that as the year goes on. It is so exciting yet completely customizable for the type of looks anyone would want. I prefer matte but these satins are subtle and elegant - and wearable for more mature folks.

I have one question about the Byredo palette please: I got it and love love love the shades and the application, and every single look I’ve come up with so far 😍. My only problem is: these shadows crease like crazy on me within a couple of hours of wear, no matter what I do - tried with (Viseart, PMG, Rare Beauty) or without primer, powder, it doesn’t matter, they crease and then kind of disappear 😭. Any solution please? Am I the only one this happens to? Makes me so sad, the shades are like made for me and love everything else about this palette, but this just annoys me no end 😢. Please HELP, lol!
I'm so glad these are helpful! I really enjoy filming these types of videos. I have not had any issues with creasing with the byredo. I use the Viseart primer but since you've tried that already, what about something underneath like the Danessa Myricks colorfix? I sometimes use her nude 1 shade for a "concealing" base on my eyes. Or have you tried using primer and then dusting with some setting powder? It's so weird that it is just this palette. I'll try to think of something else...

So far, the best has been nothing at all, then I get maybe 3 hours of wear out of them instead of 2, lol! I don’t have the Danessa Myricks (my skin doesn’t tolerate HA, which it contains 🤦🏼♀️), but you just gave me the idea to try the PMG Intensifeyes which I got a long time ago but never used, lol - who knows? It’s just so weird, I don’t usually have this issue when using a primer (the Viseart I got a while ago now thanks to you being the best!), except with PMG eye shadows, LOL. So far these have been the only ones that have been problematic for me, but I don’t really love them that much so it hasn’t bothered me that much either 😅. But that Byredo palette, I just really really want to make it work!!!!!!!
I got the Dior Pastel palette and liked it so much I got the coral one as well. I’ve been wearing both a lot. They have a beautiful formula! I feel exactly like you about the Pillow Talk Fair products. The lip pencil is fantastic on me but I wasn’t crazy about the lipstick shade. I’m patiently waiting for my Addiction Tokyo items to arrive! I can’t wait!
